The owner is very nice and kind. We felt like we were at home. Breakfast was excellent, with fruits and a lot of variety of food.

The shower mixer fell out of the wall when trying to take a shower. Intact, but guests should be left holding a mixer. Sockets similarly falling out of the wall. Not great if you have kids staying.

Not a value for money place. Slightly run down and in need of some proper TLC.

There was very little we did not like. A couple of times our card didn't open the entrance door but each time the owner came quickly and fixed the problem for us. Superficial work to be done outside, but it is the interior that counts, and only a fool judges a book by its cover.

Old world charm. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. Comfort and cleanliness. Location in the village and closeness to the beach. Quality breakfast and meals. Plenty of room to relax inside and outside. We stayed for two weeks to visit family (our son's wedding) and were amazed by the many questions about the hotel from our daughter in law's family and friends who lived locally. We told them what a lovely and honest hotel it is. We will stay again if our son doesn't have a larger house when we next visit.

The rooms was small but cofortable and clean, and the bathroom facilities were new. The local beach is beautiful The restaurant round the corner is also very good

This property has seen its day. We have been cycle touring and have booked all of our stays on booking.com and this has been the one that has disappointed. The room was so small, you had nowhere to put anything … there was no plug to charge our equipment. The TV only had one channel and the screen share was not working. The whole hotel looked tired and run down … however hard the lady owner was working, this place has clearly got on top of her. Sad for her as she was so nice and helpful. Albeit she did charge a lot for the meal and bottled beer/wine … and the room charge was extortionate for what we got and for what we have experienced elsewhere in Norway and Sweden on this tour … including this beautiful apartment we are in for 70% of what this property charged.

The staff were good … we were let in early because of the weather and made us dinner even though the restaurant was shut … albeit they never answered any of the messages we sent them on booking.com.

Breakfast is from 08-10 am, which is ok. Standard Swedush buffet version. Scrambled eggs on offer. Boiled ones as well, yet no „ cooked breakfast“ English style. Very good coffee.

This place is almost classical in Frillesås, there aren‘t many alternatives. The double room was small, indeed, yet must have been recently renovated. Very good and comfortable beds. Newly designed bathroom. Pleasant atmosphere though still things to regurbish, progress is evident. Very good parking. Friendly welcome.
