It is more a pension or a hostel than a hotel. It is a bit basic but for one night, it was ok.

Breakfast is very basic. The location is great. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after the check-out until it was time to go to the airport. The self check-in was very easy.

It felt like the place has not been thoroughly cleaned and updated the last 20 years. Rooms are smelly and beds well used. Also everywhere selfmade electrical outlets and cables. Might be a safety hazard. Like I had an selfmade electrical outlet behind my pillow and no outlets for charging my phone. The hygiëne felt poor and the breakfast was a bit stale and mediocre. No personell after checkin time.

The 3rd room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was big but beside the kitchen. We didn't feel like staying in a hotel. Car parking was not available which was not appreciable.

Room was very basic, no fridge or minbar to cool your own water etc. The bathroom was small and also in tha basic cathegory. Breakfast was minimal. All in all, good priced hotell with no extras.

Price is great, the hotell provides all necessities and is clean with a great location. Easy checkin and checkout, great internet speed. Free parking, although only 5 spots. Street parking easily available.

I traveled for buisness and requested an invoice from the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was unresponsive and did not provide me with any invoice. This was very disappointing, as I had to cover all the expenses from my own pocket.

It was good for the money I paid, staff did not speak english on the morning but we managed with Google translator, also the toilet kept makeing strange noises during night, there is somekind of pressure pump that does pump it every now and then and that disturbed a bit.

I found the hotel easy and got the key also easy from the reception they left it there cause no one was in the building anymore at that time.

The rooms didn't have any sound isolation whatsoever. I could hear everything on the hall of the building plus everything from outside the building. The beds were really worn out that they put some bed topper and they were also worn out so you would feel like falling inside the bed. The room didn't even had a fridge which is the most standard thing to have.

It was clean and the self-check in was somehow fine.

The room is very basic and the property looks old. The breakfast is very limited. The walls between the rooms are quite thin and you can be disturbed by heating people speak in other rooms.

Basic hotel situated close to train station which was important to us. No staff present whatsoever apart from a maid at breakfast so you cannot ask questions easily or get local information It is budget budget and you get what you pay for No issue with cleanliness etc but they are making good margins of profit with the level of limited service provided

Everything was fine. Don't be surprised : everything is organised only via email. Nothing face to face, we didn't see anyone. If you need your room to be cleaned, ask by puting the "clean my room" on the door. It's a good place to stay. Warm. Well located in the city ! :) Thanks for everything :)

The room was very cold despite the heater being on. This is due to the windows not being well isolated and the cold wind could find its way inside.

The cleaningness and staff were really nice, and they offer free hot beverages for the guests. It was also very near Lulea city center, with lots of restaurants near by!

No response to messages sent before arrival day asking about leaving luggage early on the day of check-in. Finally got a response on the day we arrived. It fortunately worked out OK in the end, but it would have been better to get it sorted before arrival.

Although accommodation and facilities are fairly basic, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Overall for the price, good value for money.

Noisy and warm, curtains didn’t cover window (summer time), family room on top floor without lifts wasn’t great for very small children. Request for a cot was not responded to and they hadn’t taken note of number of guests, so we had to set sofa bed up ourselves. Expensive for what it was.
