    Clean Rooms and Central Location

Family rooms very small and have to pay extra for a cot. Wifi is quite poor in rooms, bathroom lighting makes it quite hard to see etc and Air conditioning non existent in rooms very hot through the nights

The breakfast was good. The location was very central and made it easy to go out for a stroll and discover the city. The rooms were OK.

We came a bit after 16:00 and clean-up was still ongoing. Their were piles of bottles and glasses of alcoholic beverages in the corridor. The stench was very strong and unpleasant. The glasses and bottles were eventually cleared away after clean-up, but the corridor was left with a very strong (and unpleasant) smell of cleaning detergent, probably to mask the stench coming from spilt alcohol on the carpeted floor. The floor carpet was heavily stained. The facilities were in general worn down. In addition, we specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised indoor pool, thinking that we would be able to enjoy a restful evening after a long car trip with the kids. Only after we booked and paid for our rooms were we notified that the spa area is available to kids only during 9:00 - 15:00, and that use of the spa would incur additional costs.

Parking was very near the facility and the location is prime regarding the city centre.

A very stylish hotel, centrally located in the midst of shops and restaurants (but no problems with noise). A very comfortable room, dark wood effect with lamps made it feel very cosy. Great breakfast buffet taken in the attached Irish bar, O'Leary's. Very helpful and friendly staff on the front desk.

The bathroom was quite dark, going with the general aesthetic of the place but a little more light in there would help, particularly in the shower

    Access to spa

No AC so sweatingly hot in the summer. Loud drunkedness from an o’leary s downstairs all night so can’t get to sleep until after late into the early hours of the morning. Swimming pool is not included, even though it is made to seem so on this app. The spa not only costs more, children are only aloud in the morning, so not a child friendly place. Also, there was nothing superior about the ”superior family room”. It is a basic room with a bunkbed squeezed in. The two nights we stayed were the worst nights sleep we had in a long time.

The whole atmosphere is what you would expect from a spa hotel. Calm, cozy, low-key and with an amazing outdoors area on the fourth floor. We could order dinner brought up from the restaurant, buy drinks, fruit, cheese plates and snacks in the spa.

Our room faced the sun, and it was a heatwave while we were there. We asked for the curtains not to be opened, which they accommodated, but they didn't make the bed, or removed cups, glasses etc on that side. On the other hand, they fixed it when we reported it to the staff. It was all handled professionally.

    Quiet

The family room, theoretically for four people, was so small that two could barely fit. The room was hot, and the window couldn't be opened except slightly. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, which, combined with the room temperature, guaranteed no sleep. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. The breakfast was very average. The lighting in the room was very poor.

    Sports bar next door.

No air con. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy street on front of hotel, bus station and taxi rank right outside the rooms, asked for room at the back of the hotel was ignored.

Centrally located and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Very gloomy decor! Soulless: feel of a chain hotel.

A classic Swedish hotel, of the kind that most regional capitals have a couple of. Room is adequate, a bit cramped for four, but the folding beds worked well. Breakfast up to the usual standard for this kind of hotel, which is not at all bad. An extra plus of the attentive and friendly staff who corrected the issues we had (missing linen for folding bed) quickly and correctly, and otherwise were very helpful.

The renovation has seen the internal surfaces of the hotel painted pretty dark, and the lighting has not been adjusted. The bathrooms and the corridors are quite dark as a result. The font used for the room numbers is no doubt elegant, but I had to look thrice to distinguish a "3" from a "5".
