Could do with a information pamphlets or 'welcome to the appartment booklet' etc, but gives local information, building information (including passcode to get back in as we were locked out), and setting off information. Also, whilst technically the property has a washing machine, you have to go into the basement to use it as it was shared. Really couldve done with it being in the apartment instead of the 2nd fridge freezer but i suspect there may had been building control reasons for this. Last moan, we could have done with extra sheets for the bedrooms.

Massive Appartment, comfortable lounge area and being a top floor apartment had lovely views of the area. Very nice kitchen area and warm even through there was no direct control of the heating.

The only downside is that during winter, the living room and kitchen can feel quite cold, although the bedrooms and bathrooms are warm and cozy. Aside from this, the apartment is perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Its location is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, making it very convenient for getting around. The property is well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again in the future. The staffs were friendly and really helpful. Highly recommended!

On a main-ish road, however the noise wasn’t an issue. We stayed in apartment number 5, which was one level up, with no lift, so you would have to lug luggage up. Didn’t worry us but may be an issue for some. Could hear people walking around upstairs but not too bad. Towels were a little average. They rang me about the key, but I had definitely left it and explained where. They never rang back so I assume they found it! However, we feel these were more minor things and we loved our stay. Would stay here again if we ever come to Sweden, all the way from Australia, again.

Location close enough to city center and a bus stop is just 50 meters away. Apartment clean and everything working fine. As a bonus, the host was very friendly!

In the middle of renovations. No handrails on the outside stairs, and my 88-year-old mother was in our group.

Spacious and clean. The cleaner met us later that day to return a forgotten item. Who does that?

Check-in was terrible. Gave us the wrong room and we had to call to get it sorted. Toilet flush was not working and the entire place had a smell

Location - it's not in a particularly nice area. The apartment block itself is lovely and quiet but the evening walk into the centre felt a bit dodgy!

I was surprised that there were no towels provided at the property which was something I definitely expected to see. It put me in an awkward position to get ready for my appointments the following morning. The wifi speed was exceptionally slow for 2024. Indeed it was so slow the TV apps - Netflix etc - didn’t work and kept dropping connection. When I tested it, the download speed was about 4-8 mbps, which is practically useless.

Location was great and the apartment was very nice and fresh internally. It was clean and tidy and comfortable. Two single beds with a topper mattress which isn’t ideal for my taste, but it was easy enough to take one off and remake the bed to make it comfortable for me.

There was like wall damage everywhere, you can tell it's an old apartment that's half renovated. Sounds silly but not enough coffee for even 2 mornings. If you have 4 bedrooms and a tiny living room/couch, some of us had to sit on the floor. The pictures make everything look bigger. Also there is no clothes washing room in the apartment like is makes you think which was a huge minus for us since we came all the way there to do 2 days at the waterpark.

I liked that it did have 4 bedrooms.

Can’t think of major negatives as such but as a feedback maybe the common areas needs a bit of TLC. Unlike some reviews Traffic sounds wasn’t an issue because bedrooms were located at the other end I suppose it’s all down to the apartment one gets.

Spacious and clean apartment with all basic amenities. Check in process was straightforward and all instructions given over WhatsApp which was handy. Free parking was a bonus too.
