This was the cutest Swedish cabin we could have found. It was easy to find but also far away enough from the highway noise. The room was cosy and comfortable, with beautiful antique looking decor with the comfort and ease of modern (hotel) rooms. Eva, the hostess was super nice and kind to us, she welcomed us and set up comfy pillows on the garden furniture for us. She also made an amazing and delicious, locally sourced and organic Swedish breakfast. The night before she also asked us if we wanted to eat anything special and so she made us some eggs in the morning as well! To top it all off they had the cutest little pup, who was definitely the secret weapon of the welcome committee :) we definitely hope to return another time! We are very thankful for our comfortable one night amd beautiful breakfast!

I think there needs to be fly nets for both door and window so you can provide airflow without worrying about bugs.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It was a pleasure to chat to Eva and learn a bit about them and the history of the place. Breakfast was amazing with all home-made / local products. The bedroom is really lovely. Beds and bedsheets are super comfortable.

It was incredibly nicely refurbished with such great attention to detail and an immense understanding of periods of architecture and decor - a true gem and very very tastefully decorated. Understated and elegant. The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, homemade, and delicate. Hosts were kind and welcoming.

Pretty room in traditional farmhouse style (for the winter there is floor heating). Very comfortable beds covered with beautiful linen, great shower with all amenities. Hospitable for dogs, with enclosed inner courtyard. Breakfast is an absolute dream with abundant fresh and homemade choices. The hostess made us feel truly welcome without being in the least overbearing. We will surely select this B&B again when passing by in future. It is in absolutely peaceful countryside, within a couple of minutes drive from the motorway.

The only downside was that we stayed here early on in our trip and it was impossible to compare the rest of our hotels with Vasatorps Matalogi!

Our stay at Vasatorps Matologi was absolutely incredible. We arrived at 8PM in the pouring rain and Eva met us outside with an umbrella. She showed us to our room and brought us tea and cookies to warm up. The room was impeccably designed and curated - it had everything we needed but no annoying extras that got in the way. We could tell a lot of thought was put into every detail. The room had recently been completely renovated and the bathroom, custom curtains (that actually blocked out light!), bed, and linens were the best we had during our two week stay in Sweden. And so was the breakfast! The breakfast was divine - Eva even procured foods that I could eat (I am gluten and dairy free and don't eat eggs). In addition to smoothies, bread, cheese, meats, and pastries, she also had food she makes from scratch like marmalade, pickles, and rhubarb compote. It was unreal. The place is located a short drive from Helsingborg and is in an area with a lot of farm stands, easy hikes, and small towns to explore. It was also the only place we stayed where we had easy access to an electric car charger. I can't wait to go back someday!

For tall person may have problem with the height of the door.

The host lady super friendly, we got a very warm welcome with a cup of tea and cookies. The environment is super. The breakfast was super good, so is the location. The room, shower and bed are good. We really enjoy our stay. The dog is also cute. Definitely will stay again when we visit the neighborhood.

The room was a bit cold, but that was probably due to cold wind.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Eva and Mikael were very helpful.

Travelling witn an autistic teen and her service dog in training, things can get very tricky. I was in contact with the BnB beforehand, ensuring that it was ok to bring the dog, and asked if I could bring some brekkie to the room if the teen got overwhelmed. No problems. The place was just as calm and beautiful as we were hoping for, and the hosts very friendly and accommodating. They have managed to renovate it in a loving way without loosing any of its original charm. The breakfast was outstanding! A surprising variety, with many home treats made from local products served in the old farmhouse at a candle lit table. An extra star to the little farm terrier, who worked hard as welcome committee, wake up call (at the agreed hour for breakfast) and general entertainer. It was all we could have hoped for.

The room was to cold for the weather and outdoor tempreature.

The breakfast and dinner we were served was delicious. It was exactly like the roumor of Skåne. You will never be disappointed here. The room was clean and neatly designed.
