Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and a very good option to have lunch in the same facilities at "Ann's". Great option to stay here before and after a longer hike because you can leave your luggage there if you ask for.

It was a good staying. Nice room and breakfast. All you need for a 2-3 nights stay in Kiruna. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook and a fridge to store food and beverages. The room was clean. The location was good, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 restaurants near by. Good value for money and the cheapest choice compared to other accommodation choices in the area.

Location is quite distant from the train station and the new centre so you’ll likely need to use taxis or the bus to get around.

The breakfast was very good. There is also lunch buffet with a fair price per person. The rooms were clean and the stuff very friendly.

Kitchen is under equipped. Not even a pot with a fitting lid. There is a pot but you have to get creative when cooking. I get it, hostel guests treat equipment badly. But a basic pot with a lid costs nothing to replace occasionally. Shared showers were not very hygienic, and some things were broken there like one of the holders for the shower head. If this were not scandinavia, i'd say its overpriced for what you get, but nearly everything here is overpriced.

Room is ok but tiny and cramped. Bed mostly comfortable. Kitchen is somewhat workable. Working oven and microwave oven and a fridge and freezer. Breakfast is very good for a hostel. It's a buffet breakfast, has all the staples, and fruit. The other guests were pretty nice here.

Basic but fine, good value for money. It’s in the old part of the city - make sure you plan your way there well. Breakfast is good. You can use the sauna in a different building!

Shower is a bit primitive, as it's just a showerhead inside the bathroom, so you need to mop the floor with a large squeegee. But it works.

Friendly reception desk, room is warm and beds are comfortable. On-site restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet as well as lunch and dinner, a la carte or buffet-style depending on the day. Rooms are grouped in small units of 4-5 rooms, sharing a small kitchen (fully equipped) and living room.

The bathroom had a slight smell when ventilation is turned off

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay for really cheap price. The room was well maintained and the comfort of the stay was commendable.

The bathroom was moldy, lots of black mold in the bottom of the shower. Due to them moving the town of Kiruna, you are not near very much in walking distance. No cafes nearby and visitor center is in the new town, but there is one small grocery store you can get to.

Free breakfast was great. They had kick sleds and other winter stuff you could rent for free at the counter- just ask. They also have a luggage storage room and they are actually attached to a community college so if you get there before check-in, have time in between check-out and flight, you can wait in that community college lobby area.

Still 1km walk from the bus station where you get off thetrransfer bus if you are coming from the train station. A bit far from the new city center but there are also supermarkets close to the accomodation so no need to go there.

Good value for price, kitchen available, room was nice and clean. Awesome lunch buffet in Ann‘s Restaurant in the accomodation. It‘s not the newest building but clean and for the value totally fine. Close to the Bus stop OK Parken where you can get the bus to Jukkasjärvi where the ice hotel located is. Located in a silent, residential area.

Had to go to the basement for the kitchen. Limited vessels for cooking. Shower room also at the basement. Got up early to shower as did not wish to be waiting in Q.

We were looking for a place to sleep for a night and it served the purpose for the cost. The breakfast was included in the price that was a plus and we enjoyed the breakfast.
