The hotel room was cosy and familiar, like staying in a nice guest room in someones house. The breakfast was absolutely decent for a low-cost hotel. The room was clean.

The towels were worn out. They were thin and off their original color. The bathroom is too small to accommodate the use of the shower. The room we stayed was different from the picture of the website we booked. We felt like we were cheated by the good ratings of this hotel.

The owner is nice and friendly. Location is very close to the city center.

The resepsjonist needs to get more info about parking outside the hotel. He said I could park for free over night, true all nights, but not on wednesdays nights where all sentrum is no parking.... (my own fault for not dobble checking, would be nice though if the hotel also can inform about it). The stairs into the hotel had thick ice on it, they had used gravel on the ice but it would be better if they actually removed the ice.

The hotell is in the middle of sentrum. Nice big rooms, Ok breakfast. It was an good stay with nothing really bad. I would use the hotel again if I am in the city.

It would have been top notch if the bathroom had an additional level of finish with klinker and a varm floor as well as a bathtub. Overall a very nice stay that I find good.

The location of the hotel is just great. It is a 10 min walk from the train station and situated in the middle of the city center. Easy to walk to any destination within the central parts of Sundsvall. The breakfast was good. I would have appreciated some fruits to go with the yoghurt or Swedish fil as well as some natural seeds and nuts, but apart from that a very nice breakfast. I also appreciated the roomy space of the bedroom and the interior with its nice decoration and high windows. Beds, just not comfortable. Took a while to figure how to exit the property as the exit gate is locked and opens when an rather obscure button ont he wall is pushed.

A little rough, but compared to pricier options it was suitable. May not be the best option if you are looking for comfort. Trevellers must keep in mind that the ratings and accommodations of European hotels are not the same as in North America.

But the shower wasn't so great, lots of water came on the bathroom floor outside the shower area. There was no support for the shower. The toilet button kept getting stuck so I spent lots of energy to unstuck it. One more annoying detail was the beds gable, it didn't have a fixed position so it was moving and banging on the wall each time I tried to sit against the wall. Other than that the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Good location, in the central area of town but 6 min. away from the public parking lot (40kr/day). Very nice host and cozy hotel with a good breakfast.

Proximity to the city centre and points of interests. Very quaint and spacious room. Heritage building.

The location is perfect, short walk from both train and bus station, also the shops and restaurants. Convenient place to stay if you're not too picky. Breakfast are served on time and ok by my standards - tea, coffee, choice of bread and stuff to put on it plus eggs and milk/yogurt with cerals will always do. The stuff is friendly and nice. Room was spacious, beds might have been too soft for my exact liking, but comfy enough. Small kitchen with shared fridge and microwave, ironing board and iron available... this place has something of spirit and I can imagine returning there some time.

sound insulation between rooms on the poor side but I was not disturbed at all as neighbours behaved well.
