Room was not clean enough. I booked other room and I found myself in onther one, not very pleasent. One part of the wall was so low, you might hit the head while sleeping. But it was large with lots of mirrors.

Location is great, nice hosts, very helpful and friendly.

the hotel and room is a bit outdated but is a good value for money

The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a large kitchen on the 4th floor that guests can use. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection (eggs boiled or scrambled, bacon, sausages, various meats and cheese, pancakes, various spreads, yogurt). Very nice lady helping during breakfast

I am not use to city life so found the front room facing the street too loud for me but I was changed to a room facing the back which was much quieter.

The staff were very obliging and friendly letting me keep my bike in a safe place, printing off our flight boarding passes and changed my room from a street facing room to one at the back. The showers were superb and breakfast excellent value Near a small woodland for running and the cycle track to Vikberg/swimming and countryside. 2mins from train/bus station to travel to Trosa/Stockholm etc Boat to Birka island

Bed headboard was peeling, pillows need to be replaced as they were flat. There were not pots, pans & utensils to cook even though we booked a room which had a stove to cook oon. Only once we asked where we could get these (on 3rd of 9 days) were we told that there was a large kitchen on the 4th floor which we could take anything out of to use to cook. Being 2 people the space to live out of your suitcase was also rather limited and we were climbing over our suitcases to move around the room.

It was too hot in the room, there was no air conditioning.

The only complaint is about the breakfest room which is a bit warm without ventilation, but it is a matter of leaving the windows open.

Staff is great and polite. Super close to Center and Transportation. Special cheer to Maria…super nice lady.

- generally the room and all other facilities are a bit worn out - breakfast room is quite small, make sure you're there early enough if you are on a schedule - traffic and other noise clearly audible in the room

+ breakfast was good + room price was ok (included breakfast) + room was clean although a bit worn out Location was not relevant for us as we were not spending time in town.

Practical accommodation choice as a family. In the centre of town and perfect as a stop over. Family room we had was spacious and comfy enough with 7 beds. Bathroom was an adequate size. Buffet brekkie in the morning was good. Place had some free overnight parking too in surrounding streets. Staff we helpful. Place was busy.

Beds are comfortable but would prefer them to be a bit wider. TV channels are a bit boaring for foreign travellers

Maria on the night shift from Monday was a sweetheart what a lovely caring person, helped me in my hr of need. Great location, nice clean hotel with all the basic needs for a short business trip.

Only downsides, one is although it comes with a hob to cook on. It comes with no pans, no sharp knifes to cut food all it comes with is cups/mugs, cutlery (spoon, folk and knife) plates and bowls. Literally nothing to actually cook with. We got and apartment so we could cook from but then had to go to the fourth floor to the communal kitchen actually cook something. So basically we could have just paid for a normal hotel room because all cooking had to be done up there. Kind of defeats the object of getting an apartment where we could cook in.

Room itself is great for the price, shower is really good, kitchen is basic but that what you expect for the price. beds are comfortable, good blinds to block out the sun and two large window to let plenty of day light in, in the day which is nice. Great location!! Really nice and polite staff. Breakfast is good, and a good selection too.

If I have to pick out something I didn't like I'd say it was the choice at the breakfast buffet. Although there's only so much you can expect for the price.

The hotel is centrally located and very affordable. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was simple but nice, the bed was fairly comfortable and most importantly the room was clean.

It’s a simple but clean place. I had a single room and the bed was not more than 80cm wide. Breakfast is good.

Noisy

The property was closer to the T- centrum and safely located.

Our shower curtain was broken and overall the room looked a bit tired.

Stains on walls, sofa and chair. Holes in wall and bathroom basin broken as well as mirror above.

The sink in the bathroom kept blocking up.

Top location and the breakfast was good. Plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. The room had plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable.
