Very nice hotell in a beautifull atmosphere. Excellent breakfast, and the 2 persons deluxe room is something to recommend. We are coming back!

Sunny and warm days some of the rooms would obviously require better curtains and/or exterior sun protection. Beds a bit towards the soft side.

Location just fantastic with beautiful old buildings set in a wonderful garden. Stunning views over the lake Siljan just across the road. Breakfast was very good quality with a wide assortment of food and beverages.

The staff were rude - changed our restaurant booking in order to accommodate a big group and said we would have to leave for our concert before our booking. The room was completely exposed to the sun - no curtains or shades drawn on a 30-degree day. There was no shower soap, the shower had mold, and it was furnished in linoleum in the 70s, we’d guess. When we complained about the heat in the room, reception said they were happy summer had come. Not good value for money. Like a hostel for twice the price.

Breakfast was outstanding, with many different selections, including wonderful fresh breads. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The location was good but the room was old and the bathroom was old. It was also very poorly insulated, when the room above us walked or talked we could hear them. The charging for cars was also poor even though they have several chargers. At least two of them were not working

Not flexible for breakfast time only offered from 8am onwards. The staff finish at 1600 hours and no evening meals are offered at all. If you are to open you should at least offer clients a service not a money grabbing experience by the owners. I travel a lot and this hotel rates in the bottom three. It should be better as they have two other hotels in Tallberg, keep at least one open with full operating facilities and service. On another point they should accept cash as well as cards especially for buying drinks = cash. Overseas credit card companies often regard small amounts and lots of transactions on cards as potential fraud and this causes problems for the card holder

See above. The hotel is one of three owned by the same people in the village. It is very poor that clients were basically abandoned when paying good money to stay here. The service was not offered at all

Nothing as the hotel closed at 4pm and did not offer evening meals. Breakfast was from 8am was too late for our activities on the day
