Ear plugs are a must have. Some people don't know how to close the doors, it was neverending slamming.

Wifi good, the scenery close by is really beautiful. The lake during summer is really full of people. I stayed here after 14 years again, mostly due to no vacancy in Göteborg. Gothia cup was happening. But in the end it was a very good choice, the bus stop was close by and it took around 25min to Liseberg station.

The balconies should be rennovated and for the smokers there should be benches around the building since smoking wasn't allowed on the balconies.

Very clean, simple, without excessive barocco decorations. Breakfast is well equipped, it even has a watermelon during winter! Bicycle friendly. ! Be ready to pay for bed linen.

Being a hostel, we didn't expect it to be anything special. However, it was by far the best I have ever been to. It is clean, has great facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also accommodate special dietary requirements - the gluten and dairy free options were great.

A nice option for accommodation near Gothenburg. If someone does not expect fireworks (swimming pool, TV in the rooms, air conditioning) it is perfect for him. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Clean rooms in the atmosphere of summer camps in the 90s. Basic equipment, nice, cheap, close to Gothenburg. The only thing you need to remember is the additionally paid bedding and towels. What else do you need for sleep?:)

Breakfast and coffe were good ad the beds quite good enough. But what impressed me most was the cleanliness. Not only the bathrooms but the corridors etc were spick and span.

Fantastic and cheap place to stay if you travel by car. It is very close to Gothenburg, very nice nature around. The hostel has many rooms and on each floor there is a nice living room with fireplace, sofa, armchair and tv, so you can spend some time outside the room. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen with several fridges, a microwave and a dishwasher. Washing machine is also available. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back one day. It is a really good value for money and the hostel's staff is very nice and helpful! Thank you!

The beds are squeaky. The communal kitchen is very convenient but could and should be kept cleaner by the other guests.

Despite being indicated on the website, keep in mind that you need to pay extra for the bed linen and towels as well as for the breakfast. The reception is also open only during certain hours, so plan your arrival accordingly. The location is also a bit far from restaurants or other services

The place is super noisy! The heavy wooden doors in all the rooms come with a pump mechanism that slams them shut. Every time someone leaves their room, the door echoes through the entire floor, making it feel like an earthquake. Multiply this by the number of guests, and you’ve got a cacophony of door slams. It’s not just when guests leave their rooms; even bathroom breaks turn into a symphony of door slamming. Imagine four slams for every guest going to the bathroom in the evening or in the middle of the night. With ten guests on the same floor, that’s a whopping forty door slams in the evening when I was trying to fall asleep. The morning routine is equally chaotic. As the group of guests staying on the same floor started leaving at the crack of dawn (between 6 and 7), the doors slam relentlessly. Each guest contributes six slams—room exit, bathroom visit, back to the room, room exit and stairway descent. Do the math, and you’ve got about sixty door slams in the morning. Desperate for some peace, I resorted to earplugs. Sadly, they were no match for the door-shaking noise.
