A kettle and a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be nice. A toaster in the breakfast room would be great. Breakfast until 11 AM during weekends would be appreciated. Complimentary touristic maps and discounts to bars and restaurants in the vicinity would also be a good business gesture. Happy hours could be great, with an extended hour of alchool serving ( in the room only) for people wanting a night cap after 1 AM without going out. The main bathroom at the reception should have a bottle of moisturiser.

Great hotel, and the room was gorgeous. Clean and tidy. Nice staff who were all friendly and helpful. A special nod to Teodora who was so kind and professional. Excellent location in an area that feels safe, with easy public transportation access. I will definitely be back next time I visit Gothenburg. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is to be expected from the location, but some noise from the traffic outside so couldn't keep the windows open at night.

Really small and fragile elevator.

Service is excellent and the staff is great! The breakfast was great and you could see that it had a special touch to it. The room was great and the bed/matress was really good. Cleanliness was excellent allround both in the room and all over the place.

The staff were very welcoming and super helpful. They went above and beyond, in particular helping me to locate something I'd unfortunately left behind which was a gift for a friend, and then helping me to forward it on by courier. All of this from across different countries (the delivery, too!). The room was very cosy and beautifully set up. I'd definitely go back.

It has a very central location, 15 minutes to the city center by walking and 6 minutes to Liseberg Amusement Park. The breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of healthy options. The breakfast area is both bright and cozy, with an open-air seating area at the front. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Ideal for both short and long stays.

There was a shelf in the room that I didn’t notice was crooked/wobbly until I put a drinking glass on it and it slid right off! Also weird to write one’s info down in a ledger that other guests checking in could see (privacy concern). Otherwise, lovely place, clean and great value!

Very nice place and cute decor. Loved the plush towels, the breakfast, coffee and tea options. Nice bedding. Even a real plant in the room!

The hotel is located in a converted old apartment building, and unfortunately, the floors did not have good soundproofing. The guest above my room was walking loudly, which disturbed my sleep, and sometimes the road noise was quite loud. The room also felt a bit dusty, or perhaps the ventilation was poor. I couldn’t figure out how to connect my iPhone to the TV, and I had to wait quite a long time for hot water in the shower.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good—simple but with a great selection and very fresh. You could tell they put a lot of care into it! I wouldn’t mind visiting just for the breakfast next time. I also appreciated that their shampoo and toiletries were from Hagabadet (a famous luxury spa in Gothenburg). Additionally, the towels were super soft! There was no fridge, coffee/tea, or room service, but considering the price, it’s understandable.

Car park in the courtyard sucks. Car was fully covered in bird shit. A car wash (payed by hotel) could not clean the shit. Had to manually clean the car. The hotel offers a parking service , and bill you for it, but it really destroyed the day for us.

Well, the lightning in our room could have been more cosy. But in all the room was fine with a comfortable bed.

The service was high and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, homemade with high quality products.
