Minor things to improve as the place is great, but with these things it would have been a 10. The dinner lacked variety and it was a pity that the menu was repeated after only 3 day cycle. We were there 5 nights so the 4th and 5th nights had the same dinner as the first two. It seems the place is thought for long weekends mostly. Also it would be nice with included dessert with the dinner.

Great location 15 min to Isaberg. Perfect for skiing days with possibility for storage of skis and included breakfast and dinner. Great bar for the family with pool, shuffleboard, darts and board games. Fantastic place for families. Great kind personnel. Very nice breakfast and dinner. We would love to come back!

Breakfast items finished an hour before breakfast was over but couldn't get more because it seemed that some staff in the kitchen didn't want to make more

The breakfast buffet was raved about as being award winning but it was just okay, until they ran out of things half way through breakfast hours and that was not okay. They serve loaves of bread, lunch meats and cheeses, three pots of warm food...eggs in a puddle of liquid, tasteless bacon and the other had oatmeal. Then there was a hot holder with pancakes and a fruit crumble as well as a few dry cereals and yogurts. On our second morning, we arrived at 8:45 (breakfast served 7:30-10) and took some bread and lunchmeats. When we went up at 9am to enjoy some pancakes and crumble, we found that they had removed the pancake container and the crumble was empty. I asked the young lady if there was more and she replied in Swedish so I couldn't really understand and could only figure she meant they were out since she shook her head no. Another lady came out that appeared to be in charge (and not too happy) and she was rushing around checking things. I said to my boyfriend that it was sad they had run out of things already and she rudely added in that she had made 80 pancakes and there was no more to be had!! But another crumble was in the oven. They also cleared away the Nutella, jam and peanut butter that accompanied them and I asked if they could be put back out so I could at least have that on toast rather than more lunchmeat. The young lady searched and searched and finally found them. They could not be bothered by us, was really sad. They were clearing out as quickly as they could and partially cleared when we left at 9:15 and others had come in after us. Dinners were okay. They served a buffet of three pots of warm food like meat, veggie, potato. Second night was pasta and meat sauce and rice and a brown gravy. There was some cold salads available and bread as well.

The location was ideal, close to Isaberg. Checkin was easy and the employee was friendly. There was a nice coffee and tea bar on the second floor where you could make yourself a drink from the machine and you could even fill a water bottle with water to take with you on your daily adventures. There was also a glass jar with some butter cookies, nice touch. There was a bar on the property where you could sit and play a game of chess or pay for a pool table, darts, etc.

Dinner buffet did not have enough salads and vegetables for children meals (although our kids loved the pancakes for dinner).

Nice room with comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff. Tea/coffee machine in the hall and small corner with toys and books for kids.

The bed was not comfortable. Although the room seemed clean when we first came in, it turned out to be dusty because under the bed there were dammråttor. The restaurant is a bit gloomy. We had breakfast there, which was just ok and dinner, which was disappointing (I ate the salmon, which was not good).

Close to Isaberg Ski Resort. The room was warm and was equipped with everything we needed. The children's play corner near reception was a nice touch and appreciated by our 7 year old.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, the location is close to Isaberg ski resort and easy to access. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good.

The lighting in the rooms could have been better. The food at the restaurant had limited vegetarian options. However, the staff was kind enough to customize a pizza.

Very conveniently located to the isaberg ski slopes. The hotel room was well-designed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were adequate charging points for electronics.

the room is spacious( for European standards) , the facility is bit old but you could see lots of love were put into it. staff friendly, there is even a coffee machine for our floor and water bottle provided , extremely convenient ! breakfast is good as well . close to ICA , if you need to buy some snack to bring along to the ski place , which is just 15 minutes driving .

Great location in the town centre—everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient for exploring. The bar downstairs not run by the hotel was fantastic, offering pool tables, darts, and shuffleboard for guests. I especially appreciated that hotel guests get half-price on all the games. It was a fun and lively place to relax after a day in town. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and entertainment during their stay!

Excellent welcoming from friendly staff. A bonus to have the evening meal also included and when asked for vegetarian option the staff was very helpful to accommodate our request. We also had our dog with us and he was welcomed just as much as we were.

Everything was great.

Execelent breakfast and wonderful with included dinners. Staff was super friendly. Storage for skiis were included in the basement of the hotel.

The only thing which could be better were the beds which were too high and the size of rooms which could be little bit bigger however you don't really stay in your room there.
