Door from parking can’t be opened from the outside. Unclear when you reach the front door of the hotel that for reaching the parking you have to drive all the way around. Breakfast is very basic. Outside cigarette smoke is entering the room if you have the room window open to control room temperature.

The room was oke, but the bathroom was not so good. It was so small, the sink could only be used for washing your hands. The shower was above the toilet and the shower curtain was at the door? The room smelled of smoke. We overlooked the parking lot, and there was a lot of loud traffic. Cars drove by every half hour with loud music playing. The hotel can't do anything about that, but its location next to the road and the train tracks makes it noisy. For 1 night is was okay. Wifi and breakfast was good.

I don’t like the insecurity of having no staff at the establishment. There is no-one to call on if there is an issue of some sort. It also feels very soulless and unwelcoming. It’s most ‘inhospitable’ hospitality just to maximise profits.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The breakfast begins already from 6:30 which was great because l had to catch the train at 7:00. They wash the linen with neutral detegent which l also appreciate very much since l am very sensitive for strong smels.

As we had a late check-in, there was a process to get into the property as no people were there to do this. We had to enter a number of codes to get in and get our key. This was a bit stressful as we were tired after a full day's travel

Bathroom was tiny. So much so that you inadvertently would soak the toilet paper if you were not mindful enough to remove it beforehand. And on the first floor at least you hear every neighbor quite literally walking,snoring or breathing.

Too noisy even early in the morning at 6AM. since rooms are in the ground floor only way too much noise. you cant sleep beyond 530AM. window of the room open up to the street. so dont expect privacy more so when you want to open windows in summer

The rooms are basic and can be a bit noisy from other guests in the hallway. For the price, it's good. The room facilities are pretty basic and a hairdryer would have been nice.

Good little hotel close to the train station and a few minutes walk to the town centre. Basic breakfast (bread, cheese, meats, cereals) but that's all you need. Ostersund is pretty small, so it is only a few minutes walk to be in the centre and there are restaurants near the hotel. The lake is a short walk too.

Easy to reach as close to the train station. Main reason for choosing this hotel. Hotel was already closed as we arrived late. But the instructions how to get in have been good and everything worked out well. It was very quiet in the room which surprised me and is a great plus if you like to sleep a bit longer than the rest of the other guests.

The room was quite warm even with the fan on. The fridge was also quite warm for a fridge, and the hairdryer even on the warmer settings was cold. The shower door didn't block much splashing. The tv signal could have been better, but all things considered for the price point it exceeded our expectations.

All over great pricing. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and location was perfect, good and friendly staff.
