The room was quite hot, even when the weather outside turned cold. Opening the window only helped a bit.

The noisy fridge in the room that kicked on and off all through the night - would rather not have a fridge at all. The whole place felt a little like a hostel type place, not the best furniture - old sofas in one area and basic old wooden chairs. A little basic with no nice touches - that could have made a big difference. It was also the most expensive hotel we had during our 11 nights travelling around Sweden - you are paying for the location - but even then it was overpriced as we stayed in some stunning locations that cost a lot less. Breakfast wasn't impressive, little choice.

The location and view from the room over the water with the boats sailing by was stunning. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side but great for 1 night. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.

When the weather was not so nice room was cooling down a lot and heating did not work. If you have a car you need to park a bit further away after luggage drop off. But it is still easy walking distance (3-5 min) and there are sufficient free parking spaces. Shops and restaurants of Kungshamn are further away.

Very nice location if you like it quiet. Directly at the waterside. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Despite some info below you should be aware of when booking I enjoyed my stay there.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, but didn't matter that much cause the view. It was as you were in a summer cottage.

The view from the room was breathtaking marvellous. I can't imagine better view from a bedroom window.

I wish I could arrive the hotel earlier and enjoy the night. (I ended up arriving at 9pm and didn't do much except sleeping)

It is literally next to the sea and you can probably enjoy a lovely seaview! The room is very clean and comfortable - definitely the staff's hard effort!

Very limited contact with any staff. The hair dryer needs an extension cord in order to use in the bathroom.

Beautiful location was great , and the breakfast was good. Loved that there was a fridge in the room. Also. Very nice to sit out on the lawn snd enjoy the view. We appreciated the chairs!

It was a bit to walk to the center and harbour. The breakfast was ok but not good. Very small room and old.

Staff were non evident...box room.......couldn't swing a cat!.....for size of room as I am disabled it was difficult to manage, especially the parking.....shower really tiny as well as the bathroom....I am sure a Swede would have rejected the room, but you have my money....I rest my case. It was in a perfect location, we had a room with windows on two sides that looked out across the Archipelago. It was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the staff very helpful. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Arrived 6.30 pm on Friday night, no staff. Only two parking spots, both busy. VERY unpolite respons from staff via sms when asking for P spot. This is not an hotel, this an unstaffed B&B a women preparing breakfast.

Sheer coastal standard for a downtown price.

Fine for one night, got a tiny room with no view. Ok breakfast. The location is the only thing you are paying for here. Stuff is friendly and the hotel is quiet.
