How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room is very small and there's not much extra storage space to hang out clothes or to put suitcases. Not a big problem but just something to take into account when booking here.
Spacious car park, nice garden to hang out in, good location close to the main road, city center and supermarket. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of choice in dairy and bread 😋

I was in two different rooms and the last one I had, had no chair to sit on, as the double bed covered so much of the space.
Very nice rooms and calm nights. The breakfast is generous with good choices to eat and drink. Personal and welcoming staff that gave excellent service.

I forgot my phone charger in the room and tried to talk to stuff to get it back, but there was nobody, probably because it is Sunday. I will try on Monday again.

You should not expect facilites representative for a large hotel if you reserve a room in a small hotel.
They have their own garden where you can sit and relax. It is a small hotel so less facilities than larger hotels, and fairly small rooms, however, perfectly fine if you want to sleep with no hustle. Easy free parking and even a few places for electric cars! Really nice family room!! They deliver value for the money.

I couldn’t get on with the bed or pillows (too soft) so I got very little sleep, rooms are on the small side but nice otherwise. The breakfast was a bit basic.
Cute building, close to the Aladalen old village, and town centre. Nice to have breakfast, and a nice garden which was perfect as the hotel is also dog friendly. We had a lovely stay. Private parking also made life easy.

Room too small. TV not connected to the internet, and only 3 channels from dtv were visible.
Rich breakfast, nice position and the whole hotel feels cozy. Nice lounge with free coffee all day.

Good location near the E4 for a overnight stay, we had booked a small double and while indeed small there was space enough for a nights stay, breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly, easy to park at their own parking lot. There was also a self-checkin using a code which worked well

Water would sometime flow from the shower into the bathroom, but not big issue.
Breakfast was really good. In the afternoon, there was free tea/ coffee available, along with cookies and mostly even cake. Behind the hotel there is a nice green area with chairs and tables to relax or eat outside - perfect in the evening sun. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The city park Apladalen nearby is well worth a walk.

Maybe its just me but i thought they always serve bacon and panned eggs in the breakfast buffé no matter what hotell?

The room was too small, wirh the bed und je room was already full, no place for o chair or tabel, against the description in the offer. The bathroom was very small too.
