Outdated, noisy when workers leave early in the morning. Breakfast emptied out at 8h and not everything was available or could be replenished (like plain yoghurt)

Basic hotel which is convenient for the railway station and a five minute walk from the town centre. Room and bathroom were clean and reasonably spacious, although the bed was very hard. Breakfast was lacking in the variety we had experienced at other hotels in northern Sweden.

We got notified a bit late that there was a problem with the bathroom. Too many windows.

Very close to the train station. Spacious round and bathroom. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.

I didn't like that the windows were pointed towards the streets, so people walking by could see right inside the room.

Biscuits and sweets available all the time. Staff very helpful, particularly at breakfast on departure which was before breakfast was due to start - they made sure we got something to eat before we had to leave for our very early train.

The view from the room to the parking

Comfortable room with seating group. Possibility to park my motorbike in the inner yard. Excellent breakfast. Good locatio.

Parking spaces around the hotel, I prked on the street and it stated to pay in the parking automat but I did not found any parking aoutomat nearby. Also the walls of the rooms were hollow from inside I could hear everything others were talking.

Really nice rooms, specially the suprice of reindeer coat on the bed. Room was cozy and beds were comfort. Hotell looked overall good and did exeed my expetactions.

The reception area closed at 4pm but guests are told the front door code, and a key is left for them but a person to greet you is nice.

The room and bathroom were very large. We had seats to sit on and drink coffee in the room. Coffee and tea were left in thermos jugs in the Reception area for visitors to help themselves to, and there is a fridge in the room. There were lovely biscuits too. Breakfast was particularly good too.

On booking.com the hotel claims to have parking place, but it is just place for 4 cars. However it is plenty with street parking. There were no heat on the bathroom floor.

I payed 2.840 sek for 2 nights in a singleroom. Later I saw that roomcharge was lowered considerable. I do think it’s unfair to have people booking well in advance paying much more for the room. Also I find the room to be very small and very dark. For instance Im not able to read a book. Simply not enough light. A big disappointment. If you want to stay here wait until last minute to book and being your own torchlight for reading

I asked the hotel staff to maybe help us find a cab or a tour and she said. No tours, and gave me a cab card like I was bothering her. I told her my autistic son wanted to tour the lake for the monster. She looked at me kind of mean. So my wife ended up leaving walking to the train station and hailing a cab. The driver was exceptional and drove us around the lake on a rainy cold day. The cars the hotel person gave us never answered their phone. Bad service with a bad attitude at a bad hotel!

We had a bad experience. The hotel was dated clean and dark. Dingu. But the staff person there was all attitude and did not help us one bit!
