Exceĺlent hotel, very smart. Good breakfast, lovely staff. Good location near station.

Nothing.

It is a good place to stay for a day or two but not longer. Their breakfast is top-notch and offers a selection of various products and drinks to fuel sleepy mornings. They also have as a complementary offer a pair of basic city bicycles in case you wanna explore the area around cycling.

The size of the rooms is a biggest disappointment. I mean I know that what I paid for constitutes a standard/fairly basic service but the shrinkage of hotel rooms has been quite noticeable in recent years!

Beautiful architecture, great breakfast, the rooms are well isolated so no noice at all, sitting aereas well equipped for family entartainment.

Paid for an upgrade to a deluxe double was very disappointed with the room I could hardly squeeze up one side of the bed the room was in need off a good painting only extras I seen was an expensive mini bar with no price list and a very small bath with attached shower not what I expected from a four star hotel the hairdryer was old and slow I went too reception and said nicely I wasn't happy with the room I was told the hotel was full come back the next day to talk too the manager who will be back on duty me my wife and my son staying three nights I didn't complain anymore Sunsvall is a beautiful city but the hotel we were in seems to cater for corporate events not tourists it's a real shame it could be so much better

We absolutely loved Knaust Hotel. It's a prime location and the architecture is unbelievable. Breakfast was brilliant and we enjoyed our 4 nights at the hotel. Thanks for making the stay so lovely!

Very nice hotel with a grand feel. Excellent breakfast in the one of the most beautiful breakfast rooms.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with a magical, historic charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a Harry Potter movie. The grand staircase, elegant decor, and warm atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. Staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was spotless. Also near the shops .

The location is great, right in the middle of the center and the hotel lobby is truly beautiful Good price for a hotel room with such good placement The breakfast was very good and all the staff very kind

Parking was a slight inconvenience but I think that's fair since it would be hard to park closer to the hotel Standard room is a bit small and also the hotel forgot room arrangements we made on email before the stay

Beautiful hotel, classic architecture, wonderful location. Good-sized room and bathroom, comfortable beds, and good breakfast, Would love to return at some point.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and in the perfect location to explore downtown Sundsvall. The terrace of the attached restaurant Bishop's Arms was a great place to spend a hot lazy Sunday afternoon.

Great building. Clean and nice rooms. No smell. Excellent beds. Very central location. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel interior was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed. Bonus having a balcony. Very thoughtful we had a fan in our room which was much needed.

Breakfast was so busy had to wait for a table then it still had dirty plates on. Waiting for food and drink and bowls etc to be replenished. It could have been smoother. But the food was pleasant.

Room was very comfortable, hotel was lovely. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. Staff was friendly Anna helpful.

View from room was of a dingy alley. Toilet ran and was loud during the night.
