everything was great,have stayed there before and it's wonderful, Staff is very friendly and helpful ,excellent! Breakfast is lovely, close to the ferry to the old city and many museums but lovely areas to walk around also.

One night our dinner took forever,I think it got forgotten but they compted us . So they made it right at least without me having to complain,

The staff on reception were brilliant. Gave us excellent recommendations

The sauna, which we used and liked, maybe needed a bit of TLC

Beautiful hotel in 1920s decor. Ambience suggested Mr Poirot or Miss Marple might arrive any moment to solve an intricate crime. Soft jazzy music at breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

A very slight inconvenience in lack of hot vegetarian food at the otherwise excellent breakfast buffet. Dinner menu not very extensive, disappointing mozzarella quality. Rest of food at dinner absolutely delicious.

The property was in a great location. I didn’t realize that I was in an island full of museums. It was a great surprise! I could take the ferry into old town and be there within 10 minutes. The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. The staff was amazing! Ludwig (sp?) was so helpful answering all my questions and guiding me in the right direction! Really appreciate it all his help! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained.

I think the one thing that I was extremely disappointed about was the food. Breakfast was so-so and very limited. Dinner was a catastrophe for me because they didn’t have any chicken or fish available and I don’t eat red meat. Also, the shower was a bit outdated and there seem to be mold on the shower floor. The staff did have someone come and try to clean it up, but it didn’t quite work.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is across the street from the ABBA museum and a short walk to Skansen and the Vasa museum. Public transport made it easy to get to other neighborhoods in the city. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Stockholm.

The rooms might be bigger.

The location, breakfasts and facilities are all superb. The staff could not be more friendly and efficient.

The location is perfect. Situated in the heart of Djurgården, the hotel is right beside the main tourist attractions, reachable by a short walk or multiple modes of public transport. The city centre is also reachable by bus, tram or boat, which also run very frequently. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety and plenty of choice. Food was always fresh and the coffee hot. Despite it's busy location, the hotel was always quiet and peaceful, particularly at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were spotless.

Some staff members could be a little more accommodating/gentle with those who have additional needs. Bastu/sauna facility a little disappointing - small and very basic. A suggest would be to not allow young children in after a certain time.

Great location, clean, good breakfast, comfortable, friendly staff, parking directly underneath (for a fee).. can’t fault anything.

Lovely historical hotel, very close to a lot of museums on the Djurgarden Island (Vassa Museum, Skansen, Grona Lund, ABBA museum and many others). If you wanna travel to the city you have tram or boat at a short walk. Good breakfast but no changes of food during our 5 day stay.

Located on Djurgården, in a relatively quiet area. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes offered. The rooms are a bit dark and the furniture fairly basic. The reception staff provide an excellent welcome, always very helpful and full of good advice. We appreciated the taxi booking to the airport as well as the option to take breakfast to go.

A bit disappointing that housekeeping was not always thorough, particularly the bathtub, which was not cleaned during our entire stay

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Good for family and walking distance from museums!

It's a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff & good food. We could walk to all the attractions in that area & it was an easy ferry ride to Gamla Stan.

Parking near the Hotel is a challenge & the pay station does not seem to have clear info in English. Also for the room for 3 adults they just added a cot which eas marginally comfortable.

Location is nice for those with kids - near Skansen, grona lund. The outdoor area is really well taken care of, and beautiful.

Small rooms, if you have more than 2 bags it’s impossible to open then and still circulate in the room até the same time. Hotel is quite old, and although parts of it have been renovated (bathrooms, for example) it has a smell that’s quite characteristic of old places and very outdated interior design, curtains, carpets, and so on. The restaurant could have more options and better service (also because there are very limited choices of restaurant nearby). The room is clean, however, mine was infested with ants - all over really.

Location and privacy

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The facilities are great, and the location is awesome. You are within walking distance to the VASA museum, the ABBA museum and the ferry to Old Town (Gamlastan). It also has an excellent restaurant and breakfast is included. Beautiful outside seating also.

- The restaurant (for dinner) was expensive and overrated. We did not get any service and had to collect our plates and cutleries ourselves because they didn't pay any attention.
