The staff were super nice. With my celiac disease it is sometimes frustrating to eat at the included restaurant but they were amazing- understood the allergy- had a separate toaster! It was great! Felt welcomed for sure.

We had all-inclusive stay for one night - meaning Dinner on arrival day and Breakfast on departure day. The food was very good with buffet and a lot of everything. Staff was fast both in cleaning up and filling up in the Buffet.

The ramp from the parking garage is NOT wheelchair accessible - the angle of the ramps are FAR to steep for anyone in a wheelchair, not to mention that the door at the top could not be managed by an independent wheelchair user. For those using a wheelchair, there is an alternative door - contact the hotel about this - do NOT try to use the wheelchair ramp from the Parking level 7. Trust me on this one!!

The front desk staff were fantastic, especially the young man who was working - I think his name was Antonio, but sincere apologies if I got it wrong. I appreciate his help in learning to pronounce Jönköping! :) Our room was clean and comfortable, and generally suitable for an ambulant wheelchair user. We were also very appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy the fika, evening meal, and breakfast that were all included in the cost of our room. The carrot cake for fika was delicious, the entire supper offered wonderful choices for the meal and breakfast was fantastic. I especially loved the positive messages on my boiled eggs. While that may seem like a little thing, I truly appreciated the happy start to my day. We would definitely stay here again when we next get a chance to stay in Jönköping, especially since I now how to pronounce the name of the city :)

Everything was excellent

Everything about Home Hotel Victoria was excellent. The location was 5 minutes walk from the railway station and maybe 7 minutes walk from the lively lakeside area of town. The room was fresh, modern, and perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff spoke and understood English perfectly and were so helpful, including helping us check in for our flight home. (Thank you Julia and Maria) Breakfast was excellent and the buffet dinner included in the price was lovely. Finally the value for money was incredible. We would definitely use the hotel again if returning to Jonkoping.

The hotel has nice vibes, keeping some classy old style alive. We do believe some of the furniture and the carpet in the room can be replaced for something new on the short term. Maybe the hotel is already planning to do this.

Perfect location in Jonkoping, amazingly friendly staff - one of the best we ever encountered during our various trips - who made sure to have 2 cribs in the room for our twin babies (we got a large room to make sure it fitted). Food and drinks included in the price were good. It was not spectacular in terms of choice, but good quality food, so great for us having just 1 night sleepover, and nothing to worry about in terms of dinner or breakfast. For those parking in the (not hotel owned) garage connected to the building. The ramps are very steep, so with a (very) low car be careful and take proper corners (like when going over a speed bump) when getting up to a new level or the bottom of your car will hit the surface. Next to this easy to enter, good price for 24 hours.

Some minor wear and tear in room but nothing major considering it’s an old building and everything was clean.

What a great hotel. Welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely meals (breakfast and dinner) with tasty high quality food. Shout out to the hard working restaurant staff who stay on top of everything with a smile! Great location in a central but calm and attractive neighbourhood. Our large family room in a corner of the old building was airy, light, spacious and had nice original features. Sofa beds for kids were actually decent and the main bed was comfortable.

Staff are very nice. There is an area in the breakfast and restaurant area where you can bring pets. Excellent breakfast. Very good dinner. We unfortunately missed the fika. The garage is in the same building and easy accessible. In the very center of the town.

The breakfast included in the room is adequate, considering that for the same room price you get afternoon coffee and evening snack on the day of arrival. Very good value for money. There is no other hotel between Helsingborg and Stockholm with such a good price-quality ratio!

Could not fault any aspect of the hotel, its facilities or the service.

The all inclusive room rate with breakfast and evening dinner is a big plus. The quality and variety of food in the buffet both morning and evening was impressive and was in no way repetitive following three nights there with good variety provided. The room was comfortable and quiet while the hotel's location is very convenient for public transport as the bus and train station is only a very short walk away.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel, so I was not too bothered, but the room was a bit small if I would have needed to work a bit from there.

Everything in this hotel is great. Starting with the personnel and ending with all the different services provided. They not only include breakfast, but also a sort of meat at tea-time (fika) and supper. Breakfast has a great variety of food, including options for allergic (as myself) which I truly appreciate. For supper there is not so much variety, but still sufficient. I didn't used the other services such as the sauna, but they also provide free access. The hotel is very cozy mimicking a house with nice spots all over. Truly recommendable.

The eggs from the breakfast were from pre-mixture so did not taste so good, but the bacon and all variety of proposed food was top.

Excellent location, super friendly staff (called me on phone to ask if I need them to keep me some dinner since past 20h they close the restaurant), clean, fitness and sauna were excellent!
