Windows did not open fully, so hot inside. Mini fridge was not working. Complaints in other reviews are valid to certain extent, but not a deal-breaker.

There were a little too much dust in the room. After taking out clothes from the wardrobe each garment was grey from dust. Used earplugs was under the bed.

Lumpy flat pillows need replacing. Only 4 or 5 toilets for the whole floor

Amazingly good value for city centre and 3 of us so we booked 1 room which had 3 bunk beds. Breakfast also v good value and plentiful. Right by the Haga District and lots of restaurants and public transport. We were warned on arrival that 2 basketball teams were staying ...well it is a hostel...but the doors are v thick and we slept well.

I didn't like the self-check-in. It didn't work for us and the couple before us. Though once we went back downstairs and contacted staff via door buzzer, they were able to solve the issue immediately.

We liked the location being so close to the beautiful Haga district with its many cafes, restaurants and shops and in walking distance to the city centre. The facilities were spotless and the various showers and toilets are located near the rooms. The room was small but practical. The staff, even though not on site, was contactable by buzzer on the door and helpful.

Check-in was a hassle, we arrived during opening hours but there was no one at the reception and the kiosk didn't work at frist. The wifi password was no where to be found, we had to ask other guests about it

The beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed almost the entire week and it was a challenge to sleep the whole night through. In the kitchen some new pans and cutting boards are needed very badly.

The hotel is very near to the city centre, toilets are quite clean.

Kitchen - all frying pans were terrible - teflon was just peeling off. 2 dull knives for the whole kitchen, no large pots. Beds - pillows and blankets are of very low quality, lumpy and non-breathing.

The pillows had stains and there was no air conditioning in the room but in all honesty, you get what you pay for.

It was a common kitchen, that was lacking towels and knives. The showers are not very comfortable and when people are using it in a raw, it’s poorly ventilated. Only a few hairdryers for the whole floor. Also, when we arrived, we had to make bed linen on our own.

Nice location, very close to Haga. A lot of cafes and bars around, the bus and tram stations are not far away. In the room you have your own small fridge.

Not enough shared toilets and bathroom. After travelling for some 10 hours that day, I really don't expect to be provided with bed lines and told to make my own bed. To my mind it's not really a hotel at all if I have to make my bed!

The duvet covers were clean but stained. They may replace them with new products often. The room was small.

Good location. Cheap accommodation. Common toilets were clean. The breakfast was optional. We didn`t order breakfast but as I saw it looks good compared with the price.

We were provided with bed sheets at check in, and we had to make our own beds, which is fine but after a long day of travelling it is quite tiring and a bit inconvenient. That is only a small complaint though.
