We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Wonderful location, big cosy rooms like home-away-from-home. Exceptionally good price/value-rate. Common room in basement is a life saver (because of weather!) while waiting the check-in. We recommend this place esp. for longer stay in Åre.

Great location, great communication from staff. Honestly exceeded expectations! Had everything we needed for a cozy stay with friends. We walked/ski'd almost all the way home and were super close to all of the restos and bars. Parking included. Super clean.

Ireland— Reported this guesthouse to booking.com, they refused to cooperate with booking.com’s investigation, PLEASE BE AWARE. — We just stayed in the guesthouse last week. very pissed experience. towels/ linens are not included. need to pay a rental price. kitchen is at the room however was warned that the fire badget will come if the alarm is gone off and need to pay 6000SEK to cancel that off. cleaning instruction printed out in Swedish (with no english.) like ridiculously asking the guests clean everything probably before they check out and the check out time is no later than 10am. have you ever stayed in a guesthouse hotel like this for your vacation? and the room price is not cheap at all. cleaning instructions are in swedish, including asking the guests to clean the mirror properly etc. they even required the guests to strip off the linens and cleaning towels place outside at the hallway. no service been given including make your own bed dude although the bed you made yourself will cause back pain later. super uncomfortable with the bed. and not respectful at all when i confirmed 2 times i only need a set of linen and towel even we checkin tgt as a couple. if we dont follow the “cleaning instructions” on the list, we might get a fine for cleaning.(does it still sounds right for you?) the noise cancellation is super bad. for those super early checkout guests, they woke up at 6am and cleaned the room with vacuum cleaners, moving the tables/ chairs made so many noise and constantly woke me and my partner up at 6am. and also the children are crazy yelling at 7am every morning. yes, there is a kitchen. however, the notice is there, and may i ask, who wanna cause any problems for the vacation? so we better to skip the cooking part, eh? there was urine stains under the toilet seat on the bowl. the armchair’s handle were sticky and disgusting.

United KingdomIt wasn't clear on booking.com that sheets and towels are extra - had to pay a total of 240SEK for two people, which makes the apartment much more expensive than it looked. I didn't enjoy having to make up my own bed up on arrival, nor having to strip it before leaving. In addition they insist you clean the whole apartment before you leave - bathroom, toilets, mirror, dusting, hoover, everything - with a substantial charge for cleaning if you don't do it properly. I understand they are a small business and margins may be tight, but this was unexpected.
Excellent location, close to the station and shops. Simple to check in, nice and clean. Place to store baggage, and shower, toilets etc that could be used after checkout were very useful. Owners were friendly and communicative.

PolandStaff smiling but not very helpful - not replying to our messages later. The room was quite cold. The gentleman came to check the radiators he said they were heating but it was barely warmed. This needs to be worked on. When everyone in the block uses hot water it is not too hot.
The location is good. Kitchen quite well equipped. The room was clean.
