The bed was a bit hard.

The accommodation was very nice, especially for the price! The shared kitchen was very big, and they also had laundry machines that we could use. The shared bathrooms where clean and the location was nice.

Parking lot that is to close to rode, the camera in kitchen makes it feel verry uncomfortable. Too big signs (how to use things) are killing the vibe and you feel quite awkward and controlled in any step.

I like the possibilitynof late check in. I liked verry clean nice rooms, cozy and warm.

Keep in mind it's uphill, in case you are a walk-in guest. Walls are really thin so any water usage or talking next door is loud.

Location is amazing, on Norra Berget hill overlooking the city (a viewing tower is just 5 minutes away). Room is spacious and tidy, with a private sink. Shared kitchen is well fitted. There's cleaning material and very precise recycling bins to help clean and sort waste. Staff was helpful and friendly ☺

No one could get the stove to work- despite activating the timer. No staff around after 7pm to report to.

The cabins attract a mixture of guests. In addition to family's and retiree's you also have a touch of what is equivalent to trailer trash in the US. Semi-drunk and unfriendly groups.

The cabin is really nice. The open air museum next to you is one of the nicest to.

Picturesque location close to the open-air museum, on a hill, surrounded by forest. Clean rooms and bathrooms. A well-equipped and spacious tourist kitchen. The staff provided us with premises to store our bicycles safely.

Some of the linens on the bed were not changed from previous occupants, but the staff quickly fixed that by providing clean linens for us on the spot.

The staff were very accommodating! We loved the location. It was quiet, loved hearing the birds everyday and waking up to a relaxing spot of nature. The kitchen was very clean which made it easy for us to make breakfast. Every morning we walked through the park across the street and enjoyed the cafe and shops at the top of the hill! Also an easy access to downtown Sundsvall. If in the future we return to the Sundsvall area, this is the place we will stay!

The room was rather Spartan, no shelf in the bathroom or a hook in the shower. The window did not have blinds, just a single curtain, that was not sufficient to block out the midnight sun. Communal kitchen was kept clean, but some of the guest used the shared eating tables to store their dry groceries, the property didn’t seem to mind up to half a table being occupied.

Location, location, location. Their biggest asset is that you walk straight out to historic Sweden. Surrounded by beautiful nature and gorgeous views.

For the price it was very poor. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty, but for a much lower price anywhere in Sweden we could find a nice hotel room with breakfast! Here I had to pay for bed sheets and towels, plus I had to clean the room and toilet! I don’t mind doing that, but for this price it’s a little bit ridiculous.

Beautiful area next to a forest on top of a mountain, beautiful view of the city.
