It wasn't obvious from the description that toilet and sink are only common. Maybe it's different in different language options. No moskito nets in windows, be prepared.

Easy communication and efficient service. Parking on site. Location close to the centre but in a quieter area. Surprisingly good mattress, not too soft. Surprisingly varied breakfast but note that you're going to make it yourself. All in all decent value for money.

The hotel is right beside a busy road and as it is a wooden building you will hear all the traffic from 6am. Also the walls are very thin so you are at the mercy of the others around you for keeping the noise down. Ask for a room on second floor so you don't have to hear all the breakfast making guests as if you stay on first floor. Bathroom was fairly small but ample hot water.

There is no reception, one calls 15min before arriving and they meet you at the hotel (motel) and can take credit card payments as well. Wooden house with 5 rooms on each floor, first floor can be noisy if many guests are there as the rooms are placed around the common eating room. Breakfast is very basic but ok, one prepares it oneself, there are eggs (to fry or cook oneself), sliced cheese and ham (one kind each), cereal, yoghurt, milk, toast bread. You then clean up after yourself and put dishes in the dishwasher. Totally ok but a bit of hassle. Location is very good for travellers with a car as you don't have to enter city center to get to the hotel. Wifi worked well.

I personally liked everything. Just to note - the idea of making your own quick breakfast is fine with me but might not work for those who come for vacation and want it fully relaxed.

I got exactly what I needed for a working trip: (1) late self check-in after midnight, (2) early breakfast - you can have it starting from 5 am, (3) small but very clean room with comfy bed, (4) free parking lot.

Very pleased with the place! It was clean, tidy, warm, and you could tell it was made with love. The hosts are responsive and pleasant people! They accommodated us and arranged everything so that we could check in even at night! Communication, friendliness, and mutual understanding were at the highest level. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Not enough toilets or showers in case it would be fully booked. The door in the shower room shows swelling at the bottom because it gets wet often. The mirror on the wardrobe allows me to see into my neighbor's room and vice versa when in the room sitting or standing, so I needed to close the curtain for privacy. Guests are required to wash their dishes after use. (maybe this is already mentioned when you book but either way not so good policy) There is no breakfast provided, so I decided not to make breakfast in the morning because I would need to wash dishes.

Uncomftarble beds. You check in on your own calling a number. You make your breakfast yourself with the few things available.

Cheap B&B in Gävle. Good if you want to party with friends or if you want a low cost in Gävle. Don´t stay here with your girlfriend if you want a romantic weekend.

Beds must be wider. To warm in rooms but to hard to keep windows open due to loud frequent street traffic. Do it yourself breakfast with very low quality food.

Nice cozy house with parking, reasonable price. Clean thick towels, enough shower gel. Absolutely clean and fresh beds.
