TV only had music option and to broadcast/stream from one of your devices - no TV channels provided. You also have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned (per day, and you select which days you want) - I personally don't have an issue with this as I never ask for this anyways, but found this odd.

Location was amazing - relatively central and all main areas and attractions were walkable within 30-40 minutes. If you don't fancy walking, really close to the metro system as well. Many supermarkets, convenience stores, late night fast food options around, and a selection of traditional and modern cafes. Didn't have the breakfast, but room ant communal areas were all very modern, clean, and inviting/youthful. Like many restaurants and cafes around Stockholm, the lobby provides free self-service filtered coffee!

Only drawback is its late check in. Although they have free luggage storage system but the check in time is very late.

They have given us an upgrade. I think they have overbooked, although this is none of my concern but we got a major upgrade. They have a nice lobby and the system is good as well.

The room was too hot, and even when setting the temperature to the lowest level, nothing changed. Unfortunately, it was also not possible to open the windows much.

Excellent communication with the customer. There was a small issue, and the staff quickly helped to resolve the situation.

The room could have been cleaner, there could have been more coat hangers, there was not a full wall/curtains around the shower so a lot of water always ended up on the floor.

I like to Scandic Go concept. The overall vibe is very good and the level of services you get for your money is very decent. The lobby is really nice and cosy, I spend many hours working there until early morning and it was always really nice. Also if you check in online, you can generally go to your room much sooner than the official 16:00 check in time. I eg. received the notification that the room is ready around noon.

The bar could offer more options of food (the 7-elevn store in front is a better place for breakfast). And the room had just one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days.

No closets in the room, a lot of empty space. Check - in is very late, at 16pm strict (you do it yourself in the lobby but it won't work until exactly 16pm).

Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Confortable sofas and tables to work or hang-out. Very nice stuff. Big room with a lot of light and super confortable bed. Lockers for the luggage for free.

There is no much of bad points, but will point out some things. Room was quiet small and if it's more people, there is no much storage space, there is just enough to place some things. Bathroom shower needs to be taken care of while you shower so that don't flood the entire bathroom as there is no door or anything stopping the water. No windows, but good ventilation. The stay was quiet expensive due to concerts, but thats normal. What I would not recommend is using EUR currency for payment since you will be charged more then if you choose SEK. There is not kits such as a toothpaste or such, so make sure to bring your own.

Hotel and room: Hotel is clean, safe, gives option of buying food if you are leaving early, easy check-in, nice staff, laundry room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff checked if needed cleaning. The location: Location in our opinion was good since we like to be outside. It's a 30min walk to the center, but you can use bus or tunnelbanan. Close to shops as Åhléns, ICA, Coop. Close to brunch places as Vetekatten etc.

The room and bathroom was a good size. Location is also good, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre and the main train station otherwise there is a metro station close by. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They have a breakfast deal that is good value for money. Would stay here again!

There was no remote control or any pannel in my room to control the AC and I was cold for the whole stay. I was told at the reception that it is set at a certain temperature and when it reaches it, it stops, but it didn t happen in my case. I assume it was because the room had no window, but there must be a way to control the tenperature or just be able to stop it when you are cold/too hot.

Bathroom wasn't clean which was the biggest let down. Shower gel wasn't refilled and was empty as soon as we got there. Shower screen was too small and every-time someone showered, the whole bathroom would get soaked. There was a step dividing the room and bathroom, which meant we tripped a lot entering the bathroom. There wasn't enough surfaces in the room to put things down on, meaning a lot of our stuff was just on the floor. Location - the hotel was a bit out of the way of the city centre and old town, but had good bus connection, as there was a bus stop right outside.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Beds were comfy. Hotel had a nice vibe.
