It was very difficult to find the apartment. Google maps was not accurate, and being from the United States, the way addresses are formatted is very different so it was difficult to figure out. Communication should have been better about how to find the exact location. It was also always a bit stressful to worry about the availability of a parking spot upon my return every time I left the apartment.

The room was very spacious with excellent natural light. I appreciated the kitchen amenitites and having the ability to do laundry. The bed and living space were both very comfortable. I found the apartment to be a good value.

The annoying and not clearly communicated parking issue. There should be 4 chair for four people in the room. I would have given a way much worse evaluation because of this parking buy the staff could compensate with their constructive behaviour.

Finding the way myself from entrance to other building wasnt that much easy. And car parking slots are very few and really hard to find free parking spot in the area.

No kettle for tea. No welcome kit with coffee capsules and tea bags.

Very good for family, well equipped and clean. With fridge, microwave and coffee machine, they stay was so good. Very good staff, we arrived late but they arranged everything for easy check in.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel all the springs, for a kid it’s fine but definitely not for an adult ( our kid slept there). There is not water kettle in the room, even though it was a studio with small kitchen, I find it very odd.

The room was big and clean. The location is very near to the city center and with supermarkets nearby.

Good location close to motorway but there is a nice park nearby to walk my dog. Good shower and comfortable room.

a lot of smell from carpets in corridor and in rooms. carpets are very dirty. Sofa in the room had big stains. a fan would have been a good addition as the window was small that could be opened. shower door does not prevent water from going out in the whole bathroom. too flat pillows.

It was a bit of a hike to get to our rooms, down stairs, along a corridor, then up stairs - but it keeps us fit.

The room was quite small but it was not a problem for me.

I was at a conference in Lund. The apartments are very good value for money, about 20 minutes walk to the university. Rooms are superclean. There is not much staff around, but everyone I have met was nice and helpful. Free coffee in the morning.

Self checkin didnt work, phone wasn’t answered, in the end we managed to find somebody to help. Parking was very narrow, also due to the bikes which were placed on the same narrow lane. But, although is was difficult to get in and out we did find a parking space everytime we came back.

The self-check-in and check-out process was easy, and the room was spacious with a kitchenette. The bathroom was great, complete with a washing machine, and there was free parking. There was also a gym that we didn’t have time to use. Who could ask for more?

We loved the location. Being able to store our luggage before check in and after on the day of departure was incredibly helpful. They even had laundry machines that were accessible. The room had a fridge and kettle, as well as some cutlery. Sadly one of the two mugs had a crack in it so we took turns to use one..however we were impressed with what was made available to us. It was clean and within walking distance to several restuarants and popular tourist areas, such as the ferry and the art museum. Overall, great value for money.
