ItalyOur room was quite compact. Tea and coffee facilities were not refreshed and mugs not washed. The towels were too small and too few. The bathroom design flooded the floor.
The hotel is full of character, very clean and comfortable and in a perfect central location. The toiletries were good quality and the breakfast buffet was very good, even offering vegan cheese and meats and a selection of milks.

Swedenthe room was quite warm, we had to open the window, and a bit on the small size. Other than that, a very nice stay.
We came on our motorbikes, and they provided safe parking for the bikes so we would not have to park in the street. The room had everything we needed (although a bit on the small side), the toiletries were very nice, the breakfast was excellent. the location was perfect.

Staff were excellent throughout the stay. On arrival we found that our bathroom sink lacked a plug, a minor issue, but the gentleman on reception replaced it immediately. As we were making an early trip on our first morning a takeaway breakfast was provided with no fuss which was much appreciated. Location was convenient for the train station & our room overlooked the cathedral.

The architecture of Elite hotels is always great: old, solid buildings with looks and history. Great breakfast too, as always. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
