The doble bed was a "sofa bed" instead of a bed.

Nothing to mention, it was a very nice experience.

The room looked very nice and very clean. We were fortunate and got upgraded to a larger room, which was very spacious. There’s also a pillow menu with plenty of selections. You can even find a body pillow - both my partner and I slept like babies with these pillows. Breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty of variety and also a dedicated section for dietary restrictions such as vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. Breakfast hours are also quite good - on the weekend you can sleep in and still make it to breakfast, which ends at 11am.

What we did not expect was that the swimming pool was only accessible from 8:00-9:00am with children and was not included in our room rate. The price was 259,- SEK per person for the spa and pool but I would have watched the little one going to swim (so I could not have used the spa). After discussing it was already 8:15am and our son was very disappointed that he could not go swimming as I was not willing to pay 3x 259,- for using the pool. I would have appreciated somebody would have informed me about the price a day earlier when we booked the pool session.

Extra charge for entering spa - this isnt really a spa hotel - it's a hotel which has a Spa in the basement which you can pay to go to, as if it was external basically.

Stayed in a studio which was spacious & fine for preparing simple meals or having space to relax - good if you are with kids. Breakfast excellent!

We wanted to use the pool and saunas but could only do so if we paid extra, or booked a spa treatment. The pool was one of our main considerations in choosing the hotel, and we were disappointed. This needs to be made clearer on the website.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was quiet, with nearby access to the subway for getting to Gamla Stan (the Old Town)..

Beautiful hotel. Everything as new and well maintained, while not super central it was very easy to access transport to anywhere in Stockholm.

Small thing but they’re under construction at the moment and drilling/work started at 8am.

The rooms were brand new, so new you could smell the furniture new! And the staff were fantastic, I’d stay here over and over again!

We thought the swimming pool access would be either included in the price or affordable but it was quite expensive and, given the size of the pool and number of people using it, it wasn't worth the money. The website said that the wellness centre was extra but didn't make it clear whether the pool was considered a separate facility or part of the wellness centre. Perhaps a clarification on the webpage would prevent the disappointment of future guests.

The property is well maintained and clean. Limited parking spots however parking on the road is closeby and economical compared to garage parking. Public transport is nearby.

Spa prices were too high so did not use which was a shame.

Decent choice at breakfast and regularly refilled. Nice room, spacious and everything you needed. Staff are very friendly, polite and professional. Bags can be stored after checkout.

I booked our room late and it was during the high season. I suspect the hotel gave us one of their worst rooms because of low supply. It was a room that should never be given to anyone: the shampoo dispenser was empty, there was makeup on a pillow slip, stains on the carpet, the TV remote didn’t work and the emergency sign had fallen off the door. I was pleased that the staff upgraded us after I complained.

The best hotel breakfast ever! The location is perfect and the metro is very close. It’s safe and clean and the staff is extremely nice.

The rooms are not comfortable. There is no cooling system in the room. There is only a fan. All hotels have a 12 pm checkout, but this one wanted an 11 am checkout.

The location is very good, the price is affordable, the breakfast was good, especially the fact that they make omelets upon request is very nice.

Very nice place overall, and love this location (directly opposite airport coach stop and walkabe to Vasastan/centre) but room was awkward - very loud fans outside so had to have windows closed at night (in high summer), very tight in bathroom, and shower leaking straight onto floor. (836)

The hotel was not very clean. Not in the room, in buffet or elsewhere. Especially in the spa's women dressroom looked like no one cleaned up for a week. At the buffet breakfast we missed special coffee machine, as from a four star hotel you could expect to get more than just the ordinary coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is in excellent location, close to metro Odenplan, commuter train stop Odenplan and the airport buss Vy stops right next to the hotel; the name of the airport buss stop is Norra Stationsgatan. The gym at the spa was great. Also the spa pool and herbal sauna were nice. We had dinner at Panza, the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed good service there. The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The room was so so small. One of the smallest I’ve stayed in. The room was the size of the bed (which was 2 singles pushed together), and hardly big enough for 2 people to stay.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the facilities were very nice. We booked to go to the spa (at extra cost) and it felt very special.
