Room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good but it was always difficult to keep the hot food hot all the times. Perhaps batch cooking or hot food to order would be more appropriate? Thank you for a very pleasant stay

The air con in the room didn’t work and despite relatively cool temps outside, the room remained warm and stuffy.

Great location close to central station, harbor & activities. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room had an amazing view of the harbor.

Excellent location, right next to ferry terminal (20 minutes to Elsinore) and train station (to Malmo and Copenhagen). Very attractive building, with lots of seating in concourse. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms quiet, and I had a view across the Sound.

Nothing - however, the popularity of the hotel with older people meant breakfast became something of a scrum and searching for a vacant table. Could do with a separate restaurant - the Bishop’s Inn was good but very very busy. Took far too long for the kitchen to cope with ether demand.

Excellent location with immediate access to the rail station and the ferries to Denmark

We really liked the location. Right next to the ferry over to Denmark and a nice little food court in the transit center next door. A short walk to the castle in downtown. Overall a beautiful location The breakfast selection was good. Can be a bit busy at breakfast. However the staff did a nice job of clearing tables and keeping things clean.

Very little information was provided with alternate languages. A key feature was the large selection of beers available, but there was no beer list or any other indication of what was available. Was never sure what was on the menu for the other restaurants either.

Beautiful room overlooking the harbour. Comfy bed and delighted to have a bath! Great breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold food. Secure bike storage is always a bonus when on a cycle tour

really convenient location and the hotel ended up upgrading us to a bed with a view of the water which was a pleasant surprise. also the included breakfast was great and convenient with a nice view of the water.

There was a noise at night, probably the ventilation, that was quite disturbing. And the shower temperature regulator did not work properly.

A few cleaning issues.

The hotel is right by the ferry. It is a lovely building. Room good if a bit dated. Breakfast was excellent.

Was a little noisy outside on the Saturday night.

Bright and comfortable hotel on the Helsingborg waterfront, with easy access to the town. Generous Swedish hotel buffet breakfast. The in house pub also did good food and beer.

Our stay was short and we had no real problems. Only small issues were understand how to turn on the shower as the label was mostly faded and the climate control was a little hard to understand.

Breakfast was grand, great slection. Loaction was wonderful near the ferry terminal and train station. The room was very comfortable with a great view and the pub located in the hotel provided a nice feeling.

Bathroom shower operation instructions not clear.

Convenient location, early checkout option was available when I arrived. Nice specious room and upgraded to sea facing room. Quite, clean room, heating can be adjusted to personal requirement. Bathroom dated but clean. Good choice for breakfast items.

The room had windows facing the courtyard and it was noisy on a Saturday night as people where coming and and out of the bar that closed at 1am.

Clean. With sauna facilities and a great bar downstairs.
