I informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. I arrived at 2 am and they told me that the hotel was full and they had reserved a room for me in another hotel, whose location was not convenient for me at all. Yes, the taxis were at their expense, but this ruined the first day of my stay in Stockholm. I thought that Booking through booking was reliable.

There is absolutely nothing wrong.

Beautiful room, amazing view! 14th floor has been impressive. I like the breakfast. The reception staff were kind and attentive. Love the area where the hotel is located.

You have to walk almost a kilometre to the nearest subway station, but I needed the exercise anyway

Breakfast was wonderful with gluten-free and milk-free options. The room had plenty of space for relaxing after touring in the city. The location near the Haga Park and close to pubic transport was wonderful.

The location was a bit awkward to get to, heavily reliant on a slow bus (though it was slow due to constructions)

I left my sweatpants in the room (yes, my fault), most likely on the bathroom floor. However, after calling the hotel twice they said they weren't found. I think the cleaners must have thrown them away. And yes I know it's my fault that I left them there, just would have been nice for the cleaners to keep them and not throw them away :/

Everything was great, but the breakfast was absolutely the highlight! Bed was comfy, location really good.

I can start with very clean Stuff helpful, nice you feel like a guest Breakfast amazing, highly recommend I work all over Europe a lot in Sweden so basically I’m staying in Hotel 50% of my time and I can highly recommend this hotel whether it’s work whether it’s pleasure parking wonderful exactly under and definitely going back there

The WiFi was not very stable. The room we booked has only one very slim window, which makes the ambient a bit too dark - I guess this cannot be changed much as the building is already like this and it is not a fatal thing. But I had a different expectation based on the pictures.

The breakfast is awesome, everything is freshly made and there is a large variety. The room is very tidy and the bed is very cozy. The staffs are very helpful - we had to take an early flight and already check out before the breakfast serving time. I asked for some breakfast takeaways and they were so kind and prepared these for us.

To get the lift, you have to use the room key card. We used it, entered the lift and pressed our room’s floor. After we did all of this, two men entered without key and stayed in it until our floor. I think it is wise to think about a way to block people in the entry if they don’t have room key to enter to the lift area.

Disappointed to find hidden charges for fridge items - there was a small notice tucked away on the bottom shelf, barely visible, stating that water and soft drinks cost extra (probably hotel industry standard but I got caught due to no previous experience). This feels like a trap for guests and isn't customer-friendly.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Bathroom modern with good shower pressure. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good value for money, breakfast included was quality. No mandatory hidden fees which was appreciated. Would definitely book again and recommend to others. The gym was also nice, small but still

Great stay! Close to local amenities, can ride a bolt scooter to central 10mins away. View from.our 14th floor room was amazing. Didn't get to use the sauna, however the gym was was a bit on the small side however I made use with the limited equipment they have. Breakfast was amazing, house keeping and service 10/10. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Although the room was next to the elevator, the noise wasn't disturbing. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Good location, a couple of kilometres from the Central Station, but very easily accessible by bus nr. 3

Very nice breakfast, comfy beds, great amenities in the building. There was a gym and sauna available to use for hotel guests. Also was able to leave my luggage after I checked out but my flight was only in the evening. The room was also great, big TV, clean.

I'm not sure if I missed it - Coffee machine for the morning breakfast would be a great idea for coffee lovers.
