The property was not very wheal chair friendly. Also the single room was not up to standard. Shower was very outdated, lighting was horrible, could not see a thing in the bathroom or hall.

The offered rooms do not correspond at all to their descriptions on the website.

The photo on the website (standard double room) do not correspond to the original room that was offered to us - it was much smaller, dirty, hardly renovated, facing courtyard with trash bins, and the quality of interior was far from what was offered on the photos and in the descriptions. Basically, in the 4 star hotel, they tried to give us room which hardly goes for two-three stars. After we discussed that with the receptionist, they confirmed that the room is indeed smaller than in the description, and the photos are from 'Delux' room. They agreed to change our room to the proper one, so in the end we were satisfied with the service. Besides that, breakfast is fantastic and location of the hotel is also very convenient.

The room for a couple could be bigger.

The hotel has a good location. Staff were good. For a coyple the room was too tight. The spa was nice. It had cold bath, warm zacuzzi and a small warm pool which was perfect for a winter vacation. They also have sauna, salt scrubbing for feet area and additinal relaxation area. We bought the spa entrance with 596sek for 2 people and we had unlimited access to the spa during our stay. They have a small gym as well. The best part was the breakfast! They had a huge breakfast bufe! During the stay they provide unlimited filter coffee at the comon sitting area with cookies. Overall great experience.

Really friendly and the breakfast was incredible. Such a selection of bread and other delicious items to choose from. Endless supply of tea with yummy biscuits on offer. Bedroom was fine for one and was cleaned daily. Excellent shower.

The hotel is outdated and rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovations. No thermostat in room, hardly any power sockets for charging, and rather small bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent but served in area with dimmed light which made difficult to see the freshness of the food.

Big room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Good location. The hotel keeps a spa section which we did not visit.

The staff! We didn’t feel welcome when we talked to the staff. When we arrived, the young guy working the evening/night shift was almost rude when we asked him things about our stay. This was a disappointment because we were so looking forward to our stay at the hotel, but we felt uncomfortable every time we had to communicate with the staff.

The location! The breakfast room and the lounge were also nice.

Our room was a little stuffy, even with the windows open. I know most places in Europe don't have air conditioning, so it didn't surprise me that this hotel didn't have AC. A fan might have been nice to help circulate the air in the room. The shower was also a little bit concerning since it was on the same level as the rest of the bathroom and didn't drain super quickly.

The breakfast was delicious, so many choices! The staff were very kind and helpful. And the hotel was an easy walk from the Halmstad train station, less than 10 minutes. The decor around the hotel was all lovely as well.

Neither the size of the bed nor the size of the room were acceptable for two person. Not at all. Very warm inside the room, and because there is no AC or a fan you won´t sleep. You can choose between not to sleep because of the temperature or open the windows and be awake because of the constant and loud noise of the seabirds. I assume we weren´t lucky with the tiny room, beside the elevator, but it´s not fair to sell it for 2 persons.
