Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe Furniture was a bit dated, just like the rest of the hotel. I wasn't able to lock my door which might be a safety concern for most travelers. The breakfast included was sparse and might bore if staying for a prolonged time.
Good location in the center of the city. Easily reached from the central station. Price was comparatively low compared to similarly located accommodations is the same area. The room was very spacious and clean.

DenmarkThere was no making of the bed and no offer of new towels and toiletries. The hotel could not be entered without ringing the bell and having the staff come and open the door.
The breakfast was plentiful and both had bread and dairy products. Also coffee/tee and juice was included. The location was very good lying within very short distance form the city center, restaurants and shopping/grocery shops.

The place closes their doors at an unspecified time and you have to ring a door bell to get in, which at times takes long. It is a decent place to stay but it is severly overpriced, which is the main factor for this rating.

Both of them have a Bad look at Guests and very first thing was No smoking Hotel. I don't smoke so was irrevant for me. Breakfast was very basic and not much varieties, not tasty at all. Room was dusty and tap and Sink in Bathroom was brocken. Its not even worth 1 Star. Windows in the room don't close properly. The bed was without a matress, only a thin layer of mat. Horrible. Bad value for money. Avoid that Hotel. Bad attitude of receptionist was disapointing.

I think this hotel deserves more justice, so I give it a high rating. It has a great location, a very quiet and safe area around. The decor inside is quite retro, which has its own charm. I had an economy room, but it was spacious, warm, with a comfortable bed, my towels and toiletries were constantly replaced. Breakfast was simple, but enough to fill up yourself and not look for an overpriced cafe at an early hour, by the way, the coffee was really good. There are always fresh flowers at the reception, and orchids bloom in the dining room. Those who think that the hotel is very expensive - have not seen the prices of hotels in the area. Sweden is not a cheap country, and the prices for accommodation are accordingly. The staff was polite, I was checked in, even though I arrived at 1 am, and everyone spoke excellent English. I was left with a good impression
