Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe neighborhood Kista is quite diverse, with many people of Indian, African, Ethiopian, and Middle Eastern backgrounds. Our room’s “window” faced the gym – we could see people working out, but they couldn’t see us. Still, we were woken up in the morning by the sound of gym equipment. Also, there isn’t always someone physically present at the reception. Despite all the modern features and technology, the place feels like it’s missing a bit of soul.
A lovely hotel – everything is new and modern. Check-in is done online and you're greeted by a hologram at reception. Breakfast is tasty and varied. There's also a sauna (open until 21:30), and the hotel is located not far from the metro – about 30 minutes to the city center by train.

I could hear loud noises from other guests, especially from the corridor - conversations, footsteps, and frequent shouting as room doors during morning hours. It made it quite difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

BulgariaThere is no temperature control in the rooms, only ventilation. It was too cold, the ventilation was constantly blowing in my head during the night and was so noisy. The bathroom was warmer. The hotel advertises itself as eco friendly by not washing towels every day but at the same time you can not switch the lights off in the bathroom and the floor heating is constantly working.
The price was very good for a single traveller. The breakfast was great. The staff was very good and responsive. The bed was comfortable. It is 10mins away of the metro station and for 15 minutes ypu reach the center

This hotel is not central Stockholm but it’s within a 10 minute walk of a metro into the city in 20 minutes. Beside the station is a large new shopping centre with everything you would possibly need. The hotel is very modern, check in was simple, the staff were friendly and helpful. My single room was a bit cramped but the bed was comfortable and the aircon in the bathroom kept the room cool, so keep the door open. There’s a large window into the atrium that supplies daylight. There’s glass is coated as you can’t really see in as you walk passed, at least I hope not. The shower was fine with hot water. There’s an underground garage handy for a motorcycle overnight. Overall a very pleasant stay and I’d use it again for Stockholm.

They offer early breakast (before 6:00) if you announce them the day before - which is very nice. They agreed to offer a sandwich as breakfast replacement at 4:00 - which is fair, but nobody came to the door to offer this. Some mis-communication.

The front desk attendant was amazing! So welcoming, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was so amazing! A great variety of good, high quality foods from gingershots to smoothies to soft boiled eggs to meatballs to wonderful breads.
