SwedenThe hotel was pretty empty, yet the front desk wouldn't let us have a late check out without charging us for it by the hour. We thought that was a little strange as compared to most other places we have stayed at and that too travelling with small kids.
The staff was helpful especially at the check-in. Rooms were comfy, breakfast was great, the pool had a very nice rustic feel to it. Some of the rooms have an awesome ocean view.

Hong KongUnderstaffed. When we checked out st 6:40am there were zero staff in the hotel lobby. Couldn’t retrieve our luggage fr the hotel luggage storage. Had to rummage through reception on my own to find the key. Made it to the airport with 5 mins to spare.

The hotel is both near the port and very close to the old city. The room (with sea view) was comfortable, with good lightning. The breakfast was really good - lots of options. Inside pool was the best, so much fun for the family. Staff very helpful. And the bar, has good options and good music.

SwedenUnusual for this part of the world, there was no fish served at breakfast - or to be more precise, there was something, but it isn’t worth mentioning. That said, the breakfast overall was very good. Maybe a little care should be given to the bathroom.
The location and the building(s) of the hotel are impressive. The staff is extremely friendly - thank you! I enjoyed the old-fashioned style of my room, which still included all the modern amenities. Even the slightly worn items in the room added charm in this context. However, this did not fully apply to the bathroom area, where I had mixed feelings. While it was clean and nothing was particularly bad, certain details were noticeable.

SwedenI don't necessarily have anything that I didn't like. I guess my only criticism is that in the room some of the things were broken or very worn out.
The Clarion Hotel is a really nice hotel, very comfortable and spacious rooms. My husband and I stayed there for only one night but we enjoyed it a lot. We used the pool and the sauna, and they were very relaxing. Our room was also very clean. The restaurant and bar were also quite nice. We would love to go back one day.
