We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

FinlandNo cheap parking options available for car. Closest parking hall costs almost 20 € per day. There are cheaper ones if you are willing to drop your car further away from the hotel. Room was not clean as it should be, nothing serious but I still drop a remark.
Really nice hotel, it is air conditioned almost everywhere, which is nice during hot summer. There is nice lobby bar and restauraunt/bar in the top level where you can enjoy nice during summer. Room had good bed, TV, shower, silent (central) AC and minibar. Bed was quite good, not too soft, pillows were the weakest thing, one too big and one too small. I did not hear any sound from outside so the soundproof was really good, only some door slams from same corridor very audible. Breakfast buffet was really nice, and also the space where it was served. (if you don't mind occasionally the screaming children during summer holiday season - for solo travelers I recommend in ear headphones if you want to enjoy your breakfast)

United KingdomFor some strange reason, even though the housekeeping staff were on my floor they neglected to clean and tidy my room on second day. Bit bizarre. I mentioned it when I checked out but didn’t complain on day as out and busy. They had plenty of opportunity as room was empty for decent period of time - they just never did it. Mildly annoying.
Liked location, pleasant interior nicely done, nice restaurant, nice reception, bar and breakfast room. Breakfast was very good with healthy options. It has a small gym as well. I didn’t use the spa as when I tried I was told it was full because of drop in bookings which were unusually high that day. Will use next time. Restaurant was good food.
