Strange entry feels like you are going into a shopping centre. It’s a large hotel l think 500 rooms so there is a lot of people at breakfast and moving in and out of the hotel. Seems like many of them are attending work functions.

Summer prices so wayyy to expensive for what you'd normally get. They didn't clean the room on my last day even though. The room was a little warm and the ac didn't seem to work properly. You can't get room service before 5 or after 9. The bar is closed very early too. Breakfast in bed needs to be booked via website on the day of and you can't book it in advance, maybe via phone.

The view was beautiful, plenty of sun, facing the park. The bed was amazing. Minibar stocked. Clean and comfortable. I had breakfast but didn't try. The loveseat was an excellent addition. Location is great public transport and nightlife wise. Fourth floor and it was plenty quiet.

For a 4-star hotel, breakfast was OK but nothing special and sometimes very crowded. Shower in the bathtub seems a bit old-fashioned.

Room was a bit dusty on bed head board and other areas. Could have been a little better.

I loved the comfort of bed, that pets were allowed and the breakfast was good as well. Melina was kind and had a lovely smile upon arrival. Small things matter.

The staff was incredibly and pleasantly responsive when we had a problem with the AC in our room. The breakfast was simply amazing. Great location, especially with the metro right there.

The bed matress is a bit soft for my taste. I would have loved to be able to open the window and get some fresh air, but the window can not be opened.

We were looking for cheaper options, but still the room was surprisingly small

The hotel is at a metro station, it even has its own signs so hard to miss. Public transport is excellent. Don't worry about that it's close to a busy road, the traffic can't be heard. The staff is very kind and professional.

It was advertised as a spa hotel but the spa wasn’t open Monday and Tuesday and it only opened on Wednesday after 12 noon by which time I had to leave for the airport.

Buffet breakfast had good choice of dishes. Hotel was close to the metro with easy access to the centre of town.

Rooms felt slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Some towels felt very old with holes and marks on them. Room was quite small for 3 adults.

Excellent location. Included breakfast was great. Spa and gym facilities were very nice.

I upgraded hotels from my previous booking to this one for the pool for my grandchildren (4 months and 5 years old), but only over 4’s allowed in and we didn’t take the older one as the cost was extortionate!! The pool should allow a slot for any age and be free if staying in the hotel in my opinion. It was a bit disappointing. The only other complaint was that I was looking to stay again (my son lives in Södermalm so will be returning frequently) but the cost was ridiculous for 3 nights, more than advertised on booking.com and was for a compact room, which I booked originally for this stay but upon arrival was advised to upgrade to a standard double for an extra £15 per night as the compact was too small for 2 adults! My son was staying in a compact room on his own and it definitely was too small for 2, so it shouldn’t be advertised as being able to be booked for 2.

Great location for the metro which you can jump on and get about easily for a small cost. The breakfast was amazing and the choices were vast, definitely added value for money! The lady who greeted us for breakfast daily was so cheery and welcoming and made a fuss of our grandchildren, which was lovely. Rooms were spacious, particularly the exec king which had a large bed, sofa bed and cot in and still had plenty of room in there. The cleaners were great and room was absolutely spotless again once they had been.
