United StatesPersonal preference, but the bed was too soft for my liking. It was still comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, so it's a minor issue only.
Nice staff, very efficient. Facility was clean, room was spotless. The bed was just a tad too soft, but still comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff person in the breakfast room was very accommodating and helpful.

Great location for exploring Uppsala. Close to the centre but bedrooms were quiet. We arrived by car and it was an easy drive in. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. High quality buffet breakfast with a lot of choice.

United KingdomCurtains didn’t keep the light out completely at edges which in a light Swedish night was a problem for me . Velcro at the sides would solve the issue - managed to sleep well the second night by propping pillows up to hold the curtain against the wall.

SwedenI don’t think this is the fault of the hotel really, but we couldn’t figure out how to stream from the TV (all instructions were in Swedish) so we couldn’t use it.
Clean room, super comfy bed / linen, excellent breakfast spread, and central location. We also loved that it was dog-friendly! It was our first time staying in a hotel with our dog and it was really wonderful.
