Very narrow parking space in subterranean garage. Need either key or code to get out. Code was not supplied by clerk at checkout although she knew we had our car in the garage.

Nice hotel in the city center of Jonköping. The hotel offers a parking space in a garage and a huge breakfast buffet including various warm and cold dishes, pastries, cereals,... . The matches museum which is definitely worth to visit is 3 minutes away and can be reached by walking there easily.

Location was excellent for accessing Jonkoping. Breakfast was very good and ample parking for motorbikes which was key for our stay.

The room is Ok, it's kind of weared off. The socket in the bathroom had some electrical problem, it stayed it was rated for 110 V, which was surprising.

Elevetor is slow and small. Animalrooms could be bit closer to the exits.

Hotel was in general clean.Room for 3 adults,teen and a dog was spacious. Beds were ok. Brakfast was very good and had loads of varieties. They served pancakes with jam and cream at the lobbaa,which was nice surprise. Pooltable was nice as well. Receptionists were really friendly and helpful. Parking carrage is a big plus always.ä

Like many Swedish hotels they put the baked beans in the same warmer that has compartments with sausage and bacon, meaning meat steam drips on to the baked beans. Vegetarians and vegans will avoid those beans, which really are the only hot food they could have eaten

I come often. Best value for money in town.. No luxury , but Clean, friendly, nice bathroom, great breakfast included and right in the town centre for a very good price

The bed was 2 singles jammed together, which was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very tight and difficult to move around in, and the shower over the bath was inconvenient as water went everywhere. Also, my room was over a cafe or restaurant, which had loud music at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The breakfast catered for my dietary requirements very well. The room was large and spacious and had everything I needed.

The curtains didn't cover the full window, so it was bright at 4am. Hot water for tea at breakfast wasn't easy to find, and no-one was clearing the trays in good time. I'm also having to chase the invoice, though I requested one in my booking.

Really nice location and had a room with a view. The breakfast was really good. Honestly it is a little older hotel and not as nice but for vacation for a few days I can't complain a lot.

The hotel could do with a spruce up in the rooms and stairwells in the public areas.

I liked the choice of food at breakfast. The availability of waffles in the evenings is a great idea. Loved the availability of hot drinks in the communal area instead of cluttering up the room. The bed was comfortable. For the price, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast could be a bit less bland. I mean there is a good selection of things to choose from but all in all a bit bland. Okay for a couple of days, but for longer stay, alternating breakfast menu would be so good.

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and, welcoming and caring. I don't know any other way to describe it but it's like they wanted us to enjoy our stay. I loved the waffle making facility and the communal area is brilliant with pool table and chess boards. Close walking distance away from a convenience store, lakeside and several takeaways.
