Bathroom was not functional. It was very small and when you took a shower also the toilet got wet. I understand, that a plastic shover curtain is extremely hard to keep clean, but it was not nice to take a shower when you tried to avoid touching it, and the space was so small. Also, the corridors would have needed some vacuuming.

Breakfast was very good and there was something for everybody. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For example we got a portable ventilator to the room when we asked for it. There was a small kitchen with a fridge in the room. I think this would be perfect for travelers with small budget.

There was no iron and hairdryer and mini frige in the room, and the airfilter in the bathroom was not clean.

The location and the breakfast were perfekt 10/10, the room was comfortable and spacoius and the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom in the hotelroom is badly constructed, so the shower flods the whole floor every time you shower. There was no towel to put in front of the bathroom so the whole room got wet. Furthermore they lack furniture to put your stuff as a shelf / extra chair or a crook. We also would have been glad for an extra mirror outside the bathroom.

The location of Botanika is fantastic and very convenient! The hotel offers a gaming room for social activities as well as free coffee.

The only issue was that the rooms were a bit small, as was the bathroom. It was nice that the room had a refrigerator, sink, and microwave, but it was surprising that there was no kettle.

The hotel's location was quite good. It was close to the city center and next to the historical botanical garden. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of products. The lobby and restaurant were spacious and comfortable. The staff was great. We also loved the humorous language in various parts of the hotel.

For the size of the room I think it could have used a little desk. Other guests said they had a mini fridge in their room and I would have loved that as well, just for a cold drink and a little snack.

Good standard room, missing some facilities like hairdryer, toothbrush or other things. But can't complain for the price. Breakfast was good, everything that needed to be there was there. Lovely courtyard as well.

The breakfast buffet was very crowded and on 1 morning it appeared like they ran out of some of the items even though we arrived an hour before the buffet was to close.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. Overall, this hotel is a good value for the money.

The outdoor seating areas are a little unkempt. They could be very inviting with more care.

Simple but comfortable hotel, ideally located for exploring the heart of Uppsala on foot. Located right next to the famous botanical garden, and around the corner from a pedestrian mall and the canal. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Convenient to good restaurants.

The biggest issue was the bathroom floor - water from the shower would not all go to the drain, but puddle up in the middle of the bathroom. The room could do with a bit more thorough dusting. Breakfast rather underwhelming, although not all bad.

The price was reasonable, and the conditions were adequate. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Location is a walk in distance from every place in the centre, the rooms are adjacent to Linné botanic garden, cleanliness is very good, all the staff are nice and the breakfast ones are so friendly. The place is suitable for individuals and families too.
