The shared bathrooms ran out of toilet roll, soap and hand towels and were not replaced for several days. There was also limited space for drying wet things. would have liked a kettle in room.

The quality of the breakfast and buffet dinners as well as the great reception staff. Great location on sea front and within good range of publuc transport.

On one of the bunk beds there was no protection so we had to share beds as it was dangerous to sleep up there. However the staff tried to help with it on the next day, we decided to remain in the same room as we didn't want to bother waiting to move.

The surroundings (lovely trails and beaches nearby) and the breakfast were fantastic, as well as possibility to play table tennis/Basket/other games. Beautiful fireplace by the water for barbecue and possibility to swim from the jetty.

Lack of shelves and hooks in the bathroom for washbags and clothes. Access without your own transport is poor as the bus there rune infrequently even during the day.

Pool and parts of facilities were closed during our stay. The lighting in the he room was a little dark, but this is a very minor point. Would be nice to have access to a fridge/ freezer and some cooking facilities as alternative to the hotel restaurant, but I think there are some units with kitchens (we stayed in basic 4-person room with bunk beds and shared toilet/ showers).

Great breakfast! Rooms really clean and well thought through with storage options, plenty of hooks charging points in the right places) with daily hoovering (for the beds you have to put on sheets yourself). Shared showers/ toilets were cleaned regularly and we always found them to be hygienic. Nice modern sports facilities, unfortunately, the pool and part of the halls were closed due to renovation. Nice peaceful location next to lake. Public transport into Stockholm town centre was straightforward and took about 45-55mins. Staff friendly and helpful.

the rooms were not very sound proof and we could hear everyone in the hallways from the room, but everyone was overall quiet during night time so it was not too much a disturbance.

the hotel is a bit isolated and hard to reach without a car, but it is very quiet and nicely situated. lots of facilities available, nice to take a walk around when good weather. friendly staff and good food. perfect when we want to visit Stockholm without being too bothered by the big city life (short drive to a big transport station that leads straight to Stockholm city center, around 1h of trip)

The breakfast is rich, but since the hotel is connected to the athletes' training centre and offers accommodation to the athletes in the sports camp, it must be taken into account that the breakfast room is relatively overcrowded and there are a lot of children there. Check-out is already at 10:00 and can only be extended for an additional fee. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Europe for work, and they have always had the option of late check-out for free. Considering also the fact that this was our fourth stay at the hotel, being charged for one hour later check out was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel is in a pretty remote location, so it is a good place to stay when you have a car. This was the reason why we chose this hotel + free parking (which is not easy to find in Stockholm). The rooms are spacious and very quiet. Good value for money.

We had the share bathroom which I would never do again, I misunderstood when I booked it as for me was inconvenient but there was a lot of space.

The food was really good which was included in the price also the personal when we had dinner was so nice and friendly. Loved the area.

The atmosphere in the breakfast room felt like in a youth hostel rather then a hotel. The director bus connection to the next larger transfer station could go more frequent than once per hour.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. All facilities were new and clean. The location is excellent with lovely views from the room and the terrace. Walking trails just start at the front door.

The fact that on Sundays reception closes at 5pm makes planning difficult. The dinner buffet was not open every day so we had to make other arrangements.

Absolutely stunning location. The fact that you could walk down to the shore where you would have a bbq place and a bench is excellent and absolutely worth doing. This is a perfect hotel for nature lovers who enjoy long walks/hiking through forests. Food choice was adequate. There was always a vegetarian option available

Transportation to the center can be done via buses, but the direct bus from in front of the hotel to metro station is not often, generally you need to walk around 10-15 mins to closest bus stop.

When arriving we were not sure we came to the right place, it is for sport people as I understand but we were not there to make any sport activites so we were very unsure we arrived to a hotel. I can’t recall I saw a Hotel sign
