A dresser for clothes storage and larger bed side tables would be a great addition.

A really wonderful property conveniently located close to the ferry, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer were terrific, as we are on a seven week tour of Scandinavia and the Baltics. When I messed up our check out date, Elin was very understanding and allowed us to stay one more night, since she didn’t have other guests arriving until Sunday.

Great central location, close to everything, including ferries. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for Americans), no elevator. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped; washer, dryer, dishwasher, Dyson fans, large TV. The linens are very nice, beds and pillows are comfortable. Very clean. Both bedrooms are spacious with storage space. Highly recommended!

Nothing - there are two flights of stairs to get up to the Accommodation, it didn’t worry us but could be an issue for some people.

Nothing. Our only problem was to get the heavy luggages up as there’s no lift. The owner came to help bring the luggages up for us. Really appreciate the offer.

The apartment is easy to find, convenient and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable, the temperature of the rooms can be controlled easily. Kitchen and toilet are functional and modern. Everything is very clean. My friend loves the very large TV.

Informed that we needed to park away from apartment when parking restrictions do not begin until 1st May. Perhaps a folder full of local information collected by previous visitors including places of interest, maps and timetables would be useful.

Excellent central location close to supermarket for self catering, transport links by boat and local amenities. Warm, airy and bright apartment. Really great base to explore the area and easy travel to central Stockholm.

One minor thing that I had is that the price for the apartment was a little bit overpriced, but we can close our eyes on it. Also we were living on the second and the third floor, which if there were elderly living would be hard to get the luggage up the stairs. Otherwise this is just a minor issue.

Very nice place, we came with the family. We wanted to stay at the hotel at the beginning but luckily we found this apartment and we are so satisfied that we made that decision. The apartment has everything that you need and the host really tried to make sure that we were taking care of it. The house had a backyard that we sat at with the whole family and enjoyed our dinner outside. Vaxholm is a great place to spend your summer vacation and if you decided to stay somewhere I would highly recommend this place.

We had a really good time in Vaxholmen in the apartment Blue Huset on the ground floor. We were there with a toddler and they had everything we needed, including a baby bed and a high chair. The little one could run freely thanks to the back-facing backyard. The flat is newly renovated, in really great shape and is really beautiful. You find everything that you need in the kitchen including a dishwasher. They have a washing machine and a dryer. We could stay only a few days but would have wanted to stay longer. The house is in the middle of Vaxholm Center, but still really calm. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

This is a 2nd floor walk-up apartment so if you have a lot of luggage or have difficulty walking up and down steep stairs then you might want to ask the owner if their apartments on the 1/F or G/F are available.

Fantastic location about 200m from the ferry terminal and right opposite the Coop! Quiet street, very bright and airy. It is beautifully refurbished, everything is new and clean and works well.

Clean and Spacious Appartment. Fully staffed kitchen and cleaning utensils available, including dish soap, tabs for the dish washer and even a few complimentary coffees for the first coffee! Shower gel and shampoo avalible! We have been traveling with toddlers, the appartment savey our live as they have included dryer and Washing mashine too! Elin the host has thought about everything, the flat is so nicely furnished and looks very luxury! The kitchen is perfect, even a luxury oven with a steamer function is available! Perfect for a couple of days to stay with familiy and friends in the center of Vaxholmen. PArking is avalible 5 minutes by foot for 24h. Infront of the House its for 2h. You have a coop, on the other side of the street. The stay is a steal!
