Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenA bit far from city, but this is special part of this camp hotel, in the center of forest. Wake up in the wooden house and see the beautiful sunlight projected on the trees, such beautiful view, fresh air. and, my kid got chance to swim in the indoor pool in the morning before departure, which is a really great experience. Restaurant is nice and staffs are really kind and helpful.

United KingdomThis happened last year as well as this time at eve meal there was an item listed with the dish that we didn't get ..this time we ordered Angus hamburger with cheese and bacon ..but no bacon and no one told us our meal was incomplete and was that ok...with us... we asked the chef he said we have run out ..strange we thought... town isn't that far Way must have freezers ..and then at breakfast 0740 am next morning BACON ..hey guys that's not on ....... We will come back but not have an evening meal... Last year parking is a bit restricted if you have a trailer..this year there was an area but with a small walk to hotel Didn't bother us
