Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel itself was well-maintained, the rooms were clean and it was very peaceful. After a long day of traveling, it was easy to relax. The included breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

When you don't open the window (because of my cats) we had the feeling there was no fresh air.

12 min walk from train station, good & rich breakfast choices, my window on 5th floor was on the sunset rise/set, the room is lightened and well equipped with comfort equipment, cafe tea wine glasses.. loved my stay there, it.was one of my best experiences at all

The breakfast did not seem to have good vegan (protein) options, just a basic cold vegetable sandwich and cereal. Not really healthy.

The only facility I had the time to use was the Gym, it was small but functional. The Spa seemed to be under renovation. The rooms were well equipped, quiet and clean. The man at the reception was very helpful and easy to talk to!

The hotel looks deserted, there is no staff in the spa, the bageri is closed. There were no special treats at breakfast the night before Midsommar. The hotel's decor looks poorly thought out.

I received a room upgrade for free, I was very pleased. The room is very comfortable: there are dark curtains, tea and coffee, an iron and a hairdryer, good bed and shower. I liked the spa

Breakfast was quite low standard for hotels. Standard bread which you buy at supermarkets, standard cheese and ham from supermarket. Quite noisy on the street when I woke up.

It was too hot in the room. Since there wasn't aircondition we hoped for windows but you almost couldn't open window in our room. Staff was kind and helpful to give us a fan though! And we would come back here.

The sun was shining thru courtains starting from very early. The room was also quite hot. I found the hotel building a bit unpersonal, oldfashioned and unpleasant, but it is a matter of taste.

A very basic hotel, probably good for work groups, seminars etc. Quite a big room. Nice staff.

Breakfast quality can be a bit better even if that means less variation, lighting in entrance and corridors can be better.

This was the first night open for this hotel. The staff were wonderful but none of the facilities such as jacuzzi etc were open yet which was not brought to our attention when booking on booking.com. Perhaps a fault of booking.com rather than the hotel? The hotel certainly has potential when fully open and operational. Attention needs to be given to the ramp up to the parking area. It is imperative that it be maintained ice and snow free as the driveway and ramp are somewhat narrow and do not allow for any sliding out which could and almost did result in a collision with parked cars due to slippery conditions. We were allowed to park on the ground floor.
