Great little room, perfect for the solo traveler. Really good breakfast which was kept well stocked. The breakfast room is also the Tapas room in the evening. Great cocktails and food! Staff excellent. Recommend

Garage was practicly empty, and when i was about to change hotel, and only then, the reception went to check if my bike would fit there. 300m² and 7 cars.. It would have been funny if not so dead tired.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. My room faced the theatre and it was Saturday night so there was a bit of noise outside but I had no problems sleeping.

Comfy room, great breakfast and central position! I stayed for a night, my room had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful.

Bathroom, basin was cracked, made it feel unclean enough it was. I think the cracked basin made it feel like it. Only wash provided.

Close to a lot of services. The hotel was in the center of town. With a lot of nearby 2 minutes walking distance of bars and restaurants.

You can hear some noise from outside, and there is no a/c which might be a problem in summer. There is a portable fan provided though. The room is on the small side, but it was adequate for us as we only had a carry-on luggage each. It would have been a challenge if we had our check-in luggage.

The location is perfect, and the amenities were good. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were wonderful, especially Inca who looked after us really well. The restaurant & bar within the hotel has top-notch food, and quite reasonably priced. We also got a 50krona voucher each to use in the restaurant. The hotel is also great value for money, especially given its location. We would quite happily stay here again, but not when the weather is hot.

Couldn't work shower & there was no plug to take an early morning bath either. Sorted later by a very helpful staff member who provided a plug for the bath & was as confused as I was about the shower😄 A quick call to colleagues & all that was required was to turn the water spout sideways. Had to ask for a hairdryer.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel & stay again! Central location on the corner of the Square which I could see from my window. Heavy duty windows blocked out a lot of noise from the super busy, lively square late on wknd nights. Very comfortable small double room full of light with plenty of space & clothes storage/hanging. Lovely bathroom with bath & shower. Tea/coffee, kettle, fridge & telephone. Exceptional buffet breakfast included in room price which was kept very tidy & well stocked with much variety😋

Too expensive, should have been cheaper than this. I would love to come back but absolutely not for this price again. Plus couldn’t take alcoholic drinks up to my room.

Amazing staff, amazing that the check in time can be up until 00 but would have been much better if it can be earlier than 15. Everything was clean! (Almost perfect!)

There was no shower tray, so the water was on the bathroom floor despite proper closing of shower door. Also, my colleague didn’t get her breakfast package in the day of departure early morning although she asked for it.

Location in the heart of the city. Despite loud surroundings (many restaurants, night life), the room was quiet. Comfortable bed and pillow. Spacious room. Great breakfast.

Drilling woke me up early early morning which really ruined a day, but maybe not hotel's fault. And, as always, when there are no pancakes for breakfast you gotta complain as that is a violation of my rights.
