It is such a shame that you can't access the deckare or any outside parts of the ship. The lack of a bar or restaurant also means there's nowhere to hang out in case of bad weather etc. There's nowhere safe to leave luggage either.

Would have been nice to have the deck open to guests to sit and read or enjoy the sun. There was also a strange creaking noise from time to time that sounded like a short burst of a jackhammer🤔 It happened randomly, maybe 5 times throughout the night for a second or two at a time. Other than that easy to get to and from, easy check in and out and great value for money.

Setting was great, staff were friendly and great breakfast selection. Room was large and clean.

It’s a little bit tired and tatty inside and the common areas are surreal liminal spaces - the self check in was a bit confusing and required that I plug in a loose usb cable.

This is an eccentric and unusual hotel in a very good location and in a safe and pleasant part of town.

There was no staff in sight, after 20 minutes in phone que we finally arrived at a callcenter. Then we got our card through manually add "blank" cards to writer which was controlled by the callcenter.

Staying on the ship-hotel was certainly interesting and has its own charms. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the city's main attractions. The staff is approachable and friendly.

Unable to access the upper deck to walk around. Never saw a staff member except at breakfast. The room was a bit dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good. It's odd to have bacon and hard-boiled eggs. The last day, just hard-boiled eggs, no bacon, and some of the meat and cheese trays were empty. Wish the bar/restaurant would have been open for dinner.

As many others have commented, it just appears a little bit neglected with no staff, a slightly deserted, haphazard and impersonal feel and also an unpleasant smell from the drains.

Lack of staff. Check in was done via phone call. A bar would have been nice, or at least tea and coffee to have at later times of the day than breakfast.

If you look to negative remarks of last months... It is mainly correct: no personal at evening time, to talk with call centre can take a lot of time (just no answer), when I came from a walk and suddenly my key card stopped to work, the problem was solving about half an hour (and twenty minutes of them I had to stay in cold night time outside).

Interesting and special, non standard place. Very atmospheric. Even visiting it is nice. Very quiet. And not far away from shops and buses etc Good breakfast. Though it has negative and problematic points, it nice to stay there at least one time. I think, next time I will stay there again.
