Nice room, good facilities in the house, great location in the city, super helpful and friendly staff.

Only two shared bathrooms for a lot of apartments , a bit crowded room but we are a lot of people in our family...

Provided a portable air conditioner. Close to public transportation and restaurants. Walking to the art museum and attractions. 24 hours drinks and snacks.

The facility management could have better communications. Our first day of stay spent great deal of efforts trying to figure out how things work at the apartment, because it is hard to see a live person reception. It is a multiple guest groups shared appartment. Just like playing the 'escape room' - we were provided with some info but incomplete instructions. No proper receptions. The only person we met on the first day only showed us where to find the showers, and he disappeared for the rest of the days. In order to get into the apartment building on the 1st day, we spent 20 mins on the phone with booking.com because of the confusing instruction for accessing the property in a large building and looking for a safe place to drop off luggage. Even the person on the phone didn't understand how to find the balcony as instructed by a text message from the property owner, so he suggested we just left all luggage next to the elevator. Another example is for wifi password, the instruction on the wall says 'see bed'. The paper on the bed says nothing about it. But we accidentally found the instruction board on the stove gives the wifi password. Guests have to learn and teach each other how to serve themselves for handling food, kitchen, trash, used utensils and plates.....And we received an anxious email with an exclamation mark to question us why we did not to make payment on site and a not so friendly "reminder" of a fine. The truth is no one showed up on site to collect money and a 2nd truth is we paid the full amount to the web page link provided in one of their text messages, but they didn't check there first. This has been the most struggling communication among all of our hotels and B&B stays in so many years of traveling.

We liked 24h breakfast very much, it is great idea and very convinient. They also offer snacks and drinks, which is great. Hosts are nice.

There are only two bathrooms and they are small, but we managed.

This is by far the best hotel for families with kids. Kids love it, best breakfast and they can enjoy gaming in the rooms and lobby

Very nice atmosphere. Good value for money with parking and snacks available included in the rate. Accommodating owners.

We were surprised that there was shared bathroom and toilet. It was not a problem as the other guests were very respectful. It was just not clear when we booked.

I liked the extra cute bed situation.

Common bathroom. Gothia towers is only 40eur more and I have my own bathroom and toilet.

It was a wonderful surprise to open the door to this place. Colors and so many details. We loved this hotel. It was so much more than a bed for the night.

Great location! :) At least if you want to go to a koncert in Liseberg.

They tell you with small paper signs what your not allowed to. Spill water on the floor i.e. Don’t use the light switch, instead use the remote control which is on/off for all lamps in the room. Breakfast in the morning had been there since the day before. They also wanted us to take of the bed linen before check out. Didn’t, it was a paid stay. Don’t even ask my friends that when visiting. Jesus …

    Location and breakfast

Dust everywhere, only two chairs in kitchen, huge dog, reservation was for 3 persons but bed linen only for 2 persons. How cool is this, ha?! Dirty shared shower, toilet smelled bad

This is a really cozy place to stay with much attention to detail. The breakfast which is available all day and the many games and bikes which are available make the stay special. The location is great for a stay in Gothenburg.

A lot you can use, console , switch in room, ps5 in lounge. Big tv in room and several in community space. Enough towels, sink in bedroom.. lot of lego was very nicely done..Free parking in the city. You can see they want to have their guest happy. Host was friendly.

Bed is large but tooooooooo soft. My legs hurt, got awake 3 times. Bit soft i can handle but this... Had to walk out the pain in my legs. Small point is too much clutter, it will be better with less. Some cupboards are not needed and help solving overcrowded feeling.

Location was perfect, the hostel has the "touch of soul". Really cosy place, very creative, everything as described. I was there with my family - the kids loved the video games.

Somehow limited communication - it was the first time I experienced hostel without the staff. The information about parking could be slightly more precised.
