We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenI was given a room in the front of the hotel facing out to the street. I'm sure this was well-intentioned, but for several hours there were youngsters driving back and forth on the main road just outside my window with very loud engines in their cars and making noise. It wasn't possible to have my window open for fresh air.
Overall it's a charming hotel, and beautiful. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Very classic and nice.

Excellent staff in the on premise restaurant where we dined during our stay. Much more interesting food and wine than we expected (organic natural wine and interesting molluscs that we had not tried before).

NorwayThe hotel is in need of renovations. This is why the overall rating is a bit low considering how satisfied we were by staff, location, breakfast etc. Since our room was on the ground floor it was a bit noisy, but it’s a quiet town so not a big problem.
Lovely small town hotel with walking distance to everything. We had an upgraded room, nice size and clean. Spacious bathroom. Very nice staff, and a superb breakfast.

United StatesThis was the absolute cutest hotel we’ve stayed in! A beautiful small town and historic hotel. Room is spacious, bed is comfy, staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious! It gets hot at night but you can leave the window open without noise. Free parking as well.
