the dollar rate was much higher than the euro. but I didn't have any euros with me so I had to pay in dollars. They also charged me 20 dollars more than we had agreed on earlier.

The mattresses were very firm for us, but this seems to be quite normal in the Seychelles, as our other accommodation had the same issue. Otherwise, no negatives.

We were welcomed by the hostess with a welcome drink, she was very kind and helpful. The room wasn't ready yet, but we were able to leave our things. After exploring the island a bit, we were able to pick up the key. The room was very spacious, tidy, and clean, and met the descriptions. After a good night's sleep, a delicious breakfast was served on the terrace. Breakfast was very extensive, with plenty of fresh fruit, toast, and eggs, freash juice and coffee or thea. We stayed here for two nights and didn't regret it. Lovely accommodation on a truly beautiful island!

Villa Antonia is a dream of a B&B. Clean, easily accessible, quiet, very clean, private patio in front of the room. Babette is very helpful and very nice and has even prepared a excellent dinner for me as I did not want to go out.

Babet is an amazing host .. shared really good advice on time to go to Anse Source D'argent, Mimum's takeaway for lunch, Anse severe for the sunset etc.. helped us out with taxi for ferry drop and gave us a packed breakfast for our 730 AM ferry back to Mahe .. the room is decently spacious and bathroom is clean.. location is a almost 1 km from main area of the island and close to most of the takeaway places and restaurants ...

If you are not using bikes, the guesthouse is a little bit far from the beaches and restaurants/take away shops.

Our stay at this guesthouse on La Digue was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, with beautiful verandas that are perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious-eggs, fruit, bread, butter, fresh juice, and the lush garden added a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. The owner was extremely kind and helpful – she assisted us in renting bikes at a reasonable price and arranging a taxi to the port. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

However, there were a few downsides. The bed was uncomfortable and too firm for our liking. We could also hear water pipes from the adjacent room, which sometimes woke us up early in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Antonia. The room was spacious, very clean, and the location is excellent — everything is easily reachable by bike. The garden was beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious every day, and we appreciated that bikes could be organized directly through the accommodation. We also had dinner with the hosts, which was tasty but quite expensive.

We had a really lovely time at the guesthouse. The Owners were super kind and helpful. We were surprised by how big the rooms were – and the bathroom was huge too! There was also a large terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the shade, which was perfect on hot days. The Owner is a great cook! First of all, La Digue is fabulous. Do visit! We spent four nights there at Villa Antonia, and Andrea and Babette were great hosts. They organised our bike rental, Babette cooked an incredible Creole dinner for us and other guests, and Andrea helped us with our luggage on our return to the jetty. Plus, they are both originally from La Digue, so they have plenty of stories and helpful tips to make your stay unforgettable.. The property itself is very well-kept, the rooms are spacious, and the wholesome breakfast is served on the terrace. The fresh juice is a slice of heaven!

We had a really great time! The house is easy to find, we walked about 10-15 min from the port. The breakfast is great! The rooms are pretty and spacious, and the terrace is perfect to enjoy the breakfast, some sun or the takeaways. The people working there are always smiliy and ver helpfull.

The host is just fantastic. The morning breakfast is more than enough and fresh. To the host, tell your husband his morning smoothies are sooooooo good. Host managed our bicycle booking. They are just missing a pool ;) but you have many beaches. The bathroom is huge.

Absolutely nothing.

If I could have given you a 20, I would have. And that's saying something, when you put into the equation that we went from you wonderful villa to the Constance Ephelia, which is saying something. The villa has it's charm, the internet is really good, the breakfast on your own terrace is a nice touch. The host brought us our luggage to the ferry jetty on the day of our departure and when we asked him how much do we owe him, he told us that he doesn't want anything and that he has done it from the heart. When one evening I noticed that I had a flat tyre on my bicycle, the owner arranged for someone to come and bring me another one in the morning. I didn't even know that he'd done that. I wish there could be more places like Villa Antonia and more people like it's owner. The world would be a better place. When we come back to La Digue, there's only one place we'd ever stay at.
