About the reception, you changed your arrival time several times, and it is clear written that last check-in is at 8pm as we are not having a reception like in a Hotel.

Thank you for the review. We welcomed you as all other guests, but you and your children didn't seem the friendliest. The only person whom communicate with us in a poor english was your wife. We do understand you are coming from a country with cold temperation, but we do not understand that you need the AC on the day long when you are not in the house. It is normal that when you leave the house that you switch of, about the sockets we do not understand what you mean. I am sure you missunderstood.......

I have seen you once only when you arrived here for about 15 minutes and I gave you the information. After that I never seen you all the days you have been here with us, not even for the check out as you just left. I gave you the information that the property is all fenced and walled and that there is nobody walking in front of your entrance. There is a little apartment under the house where one (1) worker is living, and I guess he did not disturbing you, you did not even see him as he has another entrance. We have rules as every hotel has the rules. It is mostly clear for the guests not to use sun cream or oil on the body for entering the pool. There are other guests also using the pool and they also like to have a clean water and not full of sun cream swimming on it. We have to enter the house, first of all for cleaning, secondly to switch of the Air Condition and close the windows which you leave on and open aswell the ventilator day for day, windows open, doors open with full power Air Condition on. You switch on the Air Condition lunch time 1pm again on sunday in both rooms, leaving the house and returning about 7pm. This is very respectless, as we gave you the information to use the Air condition in the bedroom only, and the information was to switch it off when you leave the room. In the hotel as soon as you lock the door everything will be switched off, we are not having a system like this so our worker has the right to switch it off, everybody else whom is renting would do the same. You used the washing machine for about 3-4 times, you even used our washing powder. The notice is hanging on the wall on the top of the machine since a long time You can't say you did not see it that you have to pay per load SCR 200. You did not even pay for it and you did not even say anything. It is also written that you should not put cloth or towels with sand in the machine, but the machine is full of Sand, which is breaking a machine for your information. The bath was functioning, you had every day a shower in it. I said you can't take a bath as the tap to close in the bathtub that the water stays in, got broken by the last guest and we could not fix it until now as we had to order a new system abroad. I did not say that you do not nee to take a bath in vacation, I said you will have a bath in the ocean. About the measurement, the measurement is given from the Civil Engineer when he made the valuation and it is even more sqm written on the valuation and this is made on the 01 March 2024. You should not write such wrong information, the house is very spacious and I think our Civil Engineer knows his Job well. Why should we write wrong information in the advert. The dishes, panes etc in the kitchen you never washed, not even the table you would clean. This job has done the worker for you every morning for 1 hour just cleaning your kitchen. In a self catering it is the minimum that when the guests are using the kitchen that they wash the dishes and panes etc. All this information are written in the Information Kit which is in the house and I told you to read it.

We have been more than happy when you left our property. Just to tell you, we are still the most beautiful people, the agliest couple we ever had in our carier is you. What you have donne with our appartment no other person has done this since we are renting all the years. You are not the people suiting a property like ours, You missused everything, the air conditon, 5 days and nights you stayed in the house, 5 days airconditon was on on 16 degrees 48 hours per day. We understood after seeing all your wisky bottels, beer etc that your blood is hot and you need the airconditon very cold. You even throw the beer cans in the garden, the glas beer bottels you break in pieces, Towels full of blood and on the floor as it was full of water on the floor from the airconditon. The water was even outside of the house running down the hole wall which we have to paind new. Your old woman called us fack you, as we said that the appartment is very dirty how they treated. You are racists and throwing us words like this in the face. Your wife has no behaving, very bad talking and insulting us.The bedroom was full of water of the floor from the air condition, the furnitur, mattrress all very wet, we could not accommodate the guest coming the same day in this apartment. You know very well what you have donne, so please you do not have to write such a review, we reported you already as a misconducted guest and that we never would take you anymore. It started from beginning, first your Texas wife phoned me and we could not understand anything it sound like a drank woman. . Secondly you phoned me, telling me only that you speak french, we did not understand what is going on. Somebody else would phone the police to make you pay all the damages you made, you are without any respect, the lowest price you paid with a genius reduction of 15 percent. Once again, it was shoking how dirty, very dirty you left this house, but with a very big arrogancy.

First of all you are not the only one using the pool. It is clear for everybody that you are not going with full of suncream and oel on the body, without taking a shower, in the pool. When we seen you we stoped you to go in the pool and asked you kindly to take shower. Your answer was, if I can not go with suncream and oel on me in the pool, I am not using the pool. And therefor you just got upset, no understanding. We gave you a bottle of water which we puted in the fritch, I even told you when we made the check-in. We never invaded your privacy, why shall we do that. But we had to tell you to close the doors and windows which you had wide open and the air condition on, and this day for day and for a long time. But you did not care, no respect and leave all open and air condition on as your answer was you forget to close doors and windows. You also said, if you have to close all doors and windows I will also close the air condition. Whom ever can understand that.... It is also written in the advert that we are not giving Beach towels. We gave you very clean sheets, it is you whom dirty it !! That was too much for you, and honestly, we had nothing against that you left.... And for that you have to give us for everything the lowest score, if we could give points for you, we would even give lower one than what you give for us and our accommodation.
