Mr. George and his family are great hosts that make you feel welcome and like at home. At the arrival we received all information about the island and its interesting locations. We were offered the fresh guava juice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a fridge. The villa has a great location with an easy walking distance to the two beautiful beaches Anse Patates and Anse Severe. For all the other locations in the island we used the bicycles that we rented at the villa's. Mr. George also recommended us to visit the view point at Belle Vue with an organized dinner and the transport there and back. We enjoyed it very much. Every morning they serve you a nice breakfast with delicious pancakes, fresh fruit, toast or eggs on the lovely terrace overlooking the nice garden. We appreciated very much also an option to stay in our room until 12 until the arrival of the ferry. Thank you for all your hospitality!

The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They even surprised us several times. The place was clean and quiet, set in a beautiful environment. The room itself is not very big, but sufficient. Breakfast is more than plentiful. Bicycle rental is available at the property, and you can also buy water there. The port is within walking distance—about 15 minutes—if you don’t have heavy luggages. After check-out, you can take a shower and change clothes, and they will store your bags if your ferry departs later. Anse Severe Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The island is easy to explore by bike. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderfull place to stay. From the first minute untill the last you feel very welcome. The hosts George and Florence are super friendly and will make sure you'll have a great stay. During our trip we stayed at several other places but this one was by far the cleanest accomodation we slept at. Can also highly recommend the location close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. During the night it's also very quiet without any dog barking that can be heard. In the morning they make an extensive breakfast with everything you'd wish for like fresh, delicious pancakes, juice and eggs in the way you like it.. Seated in the patio surrounded by lush green and well maintained garden it makes the perfect start for your day exploring. If we would go back, we wou definitely stay here again! As a regular traveler I don't write reviews very often but this stay definitely deserved a good one!

It was a great stay. The staff was really helpful from day 1. Location was perfect, you can rent a bike right at the villa and ride around the whole island and it’s definitely worth it! Breakfast was really delicious. There is a fantastic beach right around the corner and if you like snorkeling, you shouldn’t missed it.

From the moment you arrive at Bethel’s Villa, you’re welcomed by incredibly kind hosts, and soon after, you're impressed by the clean, comfortable room and the delicious breakfast served with a view of a garden full of blooming roses. The hosts took wonderful care of me — especially thoughtful since I’m pregnant — by arranging a suitable bike and pregnancy-friendly activities. All praise to them for their hospitality! The villa is located next to one of the best beaches for snorkeling and is also close to the town center, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The host (George) was very welcoming! He noticed we were really tired after the trip and he immidiately showed us to the room, brought some welcoming drinks and left us be. The breakfast was really good and filling. Location was great, just few mins away from the beach. If we ever come back we will check here first :)

The bicycles couldve been in a bit better shape (and most of all: They should come with a headlight), but I reckon this can be said about all the bicycles on the island. I was alone during my stay and had no issues in that regard, but with the doors between the rooms, I do believe that noice from other rooms can be an issue when the place is packed.

I was staying for two weeks, and the rooms most definitely fulfill every reasonable expectation - This is not the Hilton, obviously, but they are absolutely sufficient rooms for a Bed & Breakfast. Plus, the Balcony/Veranda and the location of the place can hardly be beaten, especially for that price. Also, the people owning the place were very friendly and attentive. The rooms are getting cleaned on a daily basis (if you want to), and the breakfast is nothing crazy (again, this is not a hotel chain you're staying at), but tasty and enjoyable. Also, its being served on the front porch, which offers a nice view on the garden.

Perfect location to explore the whole island. The new rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, air conditioning, a safe, and a fridge. Breakfast is fresh, abundant, and served daily on the veranda with a beautiful garden view. Bicycles are available for rent on-site. George and his family are fantastic hosts, always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. They even prepared breakfast items (sandwiches, fruit, juice) in our fridge for our early departure and arranged a taxi pick-up for us to catch the ferry. Highly recommended!

Great place! Very near to nice beaches, very clean and quiet. Near to the town also. You can rent the bike here for better price than in the town. The owners were suuuper nice and helpful! Thank you George (and the rest of the family!). Breakfast was also very nice. WiFi works great!

The location is great - nearby (4 minutes walk) the Anse Severe beach and a little further one of the most beautiful beaches - Anse Patates. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and the air conditioning worked great. Very nice terrace in front of the room where you can sit and relax. As for breakfast, fruit, coffee, tea, eggs - oh my god, the best were the pancakes with bananas (it was really amazing and delicious, we miss them so much). However, what was best and made our whole trip were the owners - warm, good, nice and very helpful. Thanks to them we have wonderful memories of our stay there and we will definitely come back. They were funny and charming. We felt like you were visiting family! We also got to know their culture and everyday life better. I recommend it to everyone - you will be really happy. After spending 7 days there, we think that it was the best place on the whole island to stay! There is no better place, seriously. ❤️

Very clean and big room and bathroom. The locations is just perfect: near the center and Anse Severe, which is the best beach for us in La Digue. Owners are very helpful and they really want you to be comfortable. Breakfast is home made and delicious and they make themselves available to buy gluten free products for me - eggs and delicious fresh cut fruits were more than enough :)
