    There wasn't anything positive

    1. Extremely LOUD live music in the lobby until 3:00 am, imposible to sleep! 2. Back of toilet disconnects when you flush and all the water comes out on the floor. 3. No shower curtains in the shower 4. Air conditioner doesn't work correctly. 5. Tiles on the floor are broken. 6. We only had one towel in the room and had to ask for another twice. Etc, etc, etc...

The location is convenient to everything in the downtown area. The staff was helpful and friendly, rate was OK but I had to pay for wifi in the room separately.

Had to pay extra for wifi in the room and TV wouldn't connect to wifi. First night there I had no hot water, after the long flight I was really looking forward to it. Friday and Saturday night there was loud music until early in the morning.

I like the location and the helpful staff. My room was cleaned every day and I was given a fresh towel.

Sometimes the cable car didn’t work properly.

Huge room with private kitchen. Very central location.

Very slow restaurant service. After waiting 30 min for a coffee without success, I went up into our room and brought my own hot water. Also dinner was very slow (although good quality)

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Their advertising is a lie

The rooms were filthy. Black mold all over the shower. Slimy shower curtin. Horrible lumpy hard pillows. I had to use my neck pillow I use for the airplane to lay my head on at night. The towels were grey and filthy instead of a clean towel. Splashes of yellow red and brown muck filth all up the skirting boards and walls . Paint peeling off walls. The rooms are brown- the floor is brown- the bed cover is brown- the desks are brown. There is no ambiance what so ever in the room. There is no wifi in the room. There is not even wifi in the breakfast restaurant area. It’s only available in the front reception. Even after travelling up to the room on this weird train/escalator thing there is still a heap of stairs to walk up to get to the disgusting room. I was to stay 7 night but I left first thing in the morning on my second day. The place is expensive and horrible. The hotel thinks it’s ok to blast music until 1am even when the dance area is bone dry empty. WARNING : do not book here- Even if the king Solomon paid people to stay…DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE. Get a BNB instead

Good location - a quirky Solomon Island feel to the place -not a bland international hotel

Needs some refurbishment - looking a little run down at the edges. Built on a hillside and the many wooden steps are slippery when wet. Hard to see the funicular controls in low light had to use my torch. There are still additional steps - slippery for me aged 72 and using a stick

Great friendly and helpful staff who made the stay a pleasant one.

Climbing up the stairs to the room level was a bit of a tedius one and the slide rail car was busy most times I needed to use it. The general accomodation facilities/grounds look well worn and in need of a facelift.

Great place for holiday. Absolutely beautiful with very friendly staff and nice evening vibes with music. Beautiful pool!

Room was not the one I initially booked. There was no water from a certain time at night until a certain time in the morning. Also very low pressure which made showering difficult. No hairdryer and also no iron - this is a problem when travelling for business. Took forever to check-in and check-out.

Location, restaurant, air conditioned room, big fridge,

The live band was very loud and I couldn’t sleep. My husband and I were only provided 1 towel in the room. No hand towel in the bathroom. Too many stray cats in our corridor which attempted to run into our room.
